    Lovely set, very sharp, comfortable to hold. I've not had them that long so I don't know how long they will stay sharp

    Schnittfester Stahl, guter Schliff, aber wie zu erwarten ist nicht die beste Verarbeitung.Damit stehen die wichtigsten Punkte im Fokus, und wo es möglich ist, wird gespart.Der Griff ist simple, aber funktional, der Übergang vom Griff zu Klinge ist aber sehr sichtbar. Bei den gummierten Plastikgriffen hatte ich die Erfahrung, dass die sich in der Spülmaschine verfärben. Ja, die gehören da eh nicht rein, aber realistischerweise ist Spülmaschinenfestigkeit bei günstigeren Messern besonders relevant, weil die mal eher noch da landen...WMF stellt Messer nicht mehr in Deutschland her soweit ich weiß, es ist mehr eine Designfirma und muss drauf achten, dass die Lieferungen stimmen. Dadurch ist der Preis möglich, ohne Schrott zu produzieren.Die Messer sind ordentlich, aber nichts, was man seinen Kindern vererben wird. Es hat damit seinen Platz und als erstes Set, oder um endlich etwas zu haben, was sich komplett anfühlt und etwas mehr liefert als Lidl ist man hier ganz gut aufgehoben. Jeder der einen besonderen Anspruch hat, macht halbe Sachen. Das relevante ist der Preis, der Standartpreis um die 100 ist ok, aber ich hatte schon Angebote gesehen, bei denen etwas über 65€ ausgeschrieben waren, und das ist ein sehr starker Preis.
