Fleischgabel sehr stabil und spitz.Messer gut ausbalanciert, sehr scharf.WMF eben-tolle Verarbeitung, macht Spaß, damit zu arbeiten .

Ein tolles Set das gut in der Hand liegt. Das Messer ist sehr scharf.Klare Kaufempfehlung!

super immer wieder
Sehr leichtes Messer, Griffe etwas ungünstig.
Mit der Fleischgabel kann ich das Fleisch sehr gut fixieren. Die Gabel ist trotz des recht kurzen Griffes noch sehr gut handhabbar. Mit dem überraschend leichten aber tadellos ausbalancierten Messer kann ich dank flexibler Klinge sehr gut dünne oder dickere Scheiben abtrennen.Die biegsame Klinge gleitet sehr gut durch das Fleisch und eignet sich zusätzlich auch für Schinken oder Lachs. Bei Geflügel kann ich sehr gut am Brustbein entlang schneiden, knusprige Haut ablösen und Gelenke durchtrennen. Bei anderen Bratenstücken (Lamm, Rind, Schwein) kann ich damit verlustfrei und nah am Knochen entlang schneiden, das Fleisch herauslösen und in schöne Scheiben aufschneiden.Leider finde den Griff des Messers nicht so gut gelungen. Irgendwie stört mich die Rundung am Ende. Das könnte nicht nur bei sehr großen Händen beengend sein. Irritiert haben mich das geringe Gewicht des Messers und der kurze Griff dafür ziehe ich einen Stern ab.
