Disappointed with the quality – rust after 2 years
I bought this set of 4 steak knives from Zwilling a little over two years ago, and I’m really disappointed: the blades have started to rust.They were used normally and washed regularly (sometimes in the dishwasher, like most everyday cutlery). I did not expect rust from a brand known for quality.They cut well, but the durability is clearly not what I expected for the price.
Hässliche Flecken (Rost?)
Ich kann die Messer nicht empfehlen. Nach einiger Zeit haben sich auf meinen Messern unschöne Flecken gebildet, die wie Rost aussehen. Schneiden tun sie gut, aber ich finde die Flecken inakzeptabel.

Excelente filo, buena calidad pero cuidado con el borde posterior del filo.
Los cuchillos son de buena calidad. Tienen un filo buenisimo y cortan excelente. Tome la foto adjunta de otra evaluacion hecha por otro comprador. Coincido con el en que la parte que esta en el circulo es peligrosa. Yo me corte con ella ni bien saque los cuchillos para lavarlos. Luego simplemente use una piedra de afilar para redondear ese borde y evitar nuevos accidentes. Es parte del riesgo de tener cuchillos con mucho filo, aunque Zwillong podría haber modificado ligeramente esa parte del diseño. Sin embargo, yo le doy un 4 de calificacion pues me parece un cuchillo excelente con ese unico defecto. No los he metido en el lavavajilla pues nunca lavo cuchillos con mangos de resina en el. Algunos clientes dicen que el cuchillo se les oxido en el lavavajilla. Pero tener en cuenta que en las especificaciones del mismo no dice que sea apto para lavarlo en lavavajilla. Estos suelen ser bastante agresivos al lavar y muchas veces dañan el antioxido de los cuchillos.Para mi, una excelente compra a la cual le daría un 4.8 si fuese posible, solo ese pequeño defecto me impide darles un 5. Muy recomendables.

Uzun zamandir indirime girmesini bekliyorum kampanyadan aldim. Harika kesiyor. Neredeyse kemigi bile kesebilecek kadar keskin, umarim keskinligini uzun zaman korur. Tutma yeri ahsap degil ancak ben uzun bulasik makinesi icin ahsap istemiyordum ztn.
