Gute Idee, guter Preis, perfekt
Ich habe viele Victorinox Frühstücksmesser mit feststehender Klinge. Rasiermesserscharf, schneiden alles. Wie nehme ich so was unterwegs mit? Richtig. In der Klappversion. Und mit dem Brettchen gut unterwegs zu verwenden.Da ich es im Angebot gekauft habe, wurden es gleich zwei.Sie sind jetzt immer mit dabei und Obst und Gemüse wird nun unterwegs geschnitten.
Schon zwei mal gekauft und gern genutzt
Super Brotzeitbrettl für die Wanderung. Nicht ganz billig, aber Victorinox-Qualität. Ich mag es!
Sehr scharf und qualitativ
Ich hab meinen Eltern dieses Set zu Weihnachten geschenkt und es hat schon oft nutzen gefunden.Das Messer ist schärfer als unsere schälmesser und weder Brett noch Messer riechen unangenehm.Zu empfehlen
Ideal für Unterwegs, etwas kleines Brett, aber Top zum Wandern - Brettchen "stinkt" 🤔
Victorinox habe ich als Alltagsmesser im Einsatz. Vor Jahren bot ein Gewürz Händler Tomatenmesser als Beigabe an, das ist der gleiche Schliff und es sind die einzigen Messer bei mir im Haushalt, die seit mehr als 10 Jahren der Spülmaschine trotzen und immer noch scharf sind wie am 1. Tag...Idealer Voraussetzungen für das Klappmesser mit gleichem Klingenschliff und gleichem Kunststoff.Ich freue mich schon darauf es auf den nächsten Ausflug mitzunehmen ...Unsicher bin ich mir, ob es als Klappmesser zählt, was ja vielerorts verboten ist...Aber herausschnippen tut es nicht.Ein wenig probieren musste ich mit dem Klappmechanismus. Es schiebt sich an die Seite und man muss auch von der Seite drücken um es einzuklappen. Aus Versehen einklappen geht also nicht...Mit ein wenig Übung "klappt" es aber gut.Ich gebe Aufgrund der Langzeiterfahrung volle Sterne und wünsche ein sicheres Picknick mit diesem tollen Messer mit Minibrett...Also alles Toll?Nicht ganz... Das eben beschriebene Minibrett ist ganz klar aus dem falschen Material.Es scheint eine Art Bakelit oder Phenolharz zu sein. Jedenfalls kein Kunststoff und eher ein Holz Späne Gemisch. Das wäre an sich nicht schlimm, aber es riecht erbärmlich nach eben diesem Bakelit. Wer das nicht mehr kennt, stellt sich ein abbrennendes Elektrogerät vor. So intensiv riecht das Brettchen, insbesondere nach dem Aufwaschen, das es einem den Appetit verdirbt.Ich war eigentlich drauf und dran hier daher nur 3 Sterne zu vergeben, kann mich aber wegen des guten Messers noch zu einer 4 Sterne Bewertung hinreißen. Das Messer wird wohl auf Wanderschaft gehen, dass Brettchen wohl eher nicht und dürfte als Untersetzer im Garten oder in der Werkstatt zukünftig seinen Dienst tun... Unverständlich warum man hier kein besonderes Holz (Olive) oder einen guten Kunststoff verwendet hat... Liebes Victorinox Team, hier bitte nachbessern...Details siehe Fotos...

Vorsicht Scharf
Vorsichtig bei dem Messer, welches extrem scharf ist. Das Schneidbrett ist eine nette Zugabe, wenn auch etwas klein.

Despite knowing the dimensions, the chopping board is still smaller and heavier than expected in hand. Could have benefitted from better packaging as the box was dented and not quite gift worthy.
