    Ich nehme das Creatine Monohydrate von ESN in Kapselform seit mehreren Wochen und bin rundum zufrieden. Ich trainiere fünfmal pro Woche Kraft und gehe zweimal die Woche Toprope klettern – die Kombination ist fordernd, und genau hier zeigt das Kreatin seine Wirkung.Im Krafttraining habe ich spürbar mehr Power – vor allem bei den letzten Wiederholungen oder schweren Sätzen. Die Erholung zwischen den Einheiten ist besser, und meine Muskeln fühlen sich insgesamt „frischer“ an. Auch beim Klettern merke ich den Unterschied: Ich kann länger durchziehen, die Unterarme machen nicht mehr so schnell zu, und ich fühle mich einfach belastbarer – gerade bei längeren, technischeren Routen.Die Kapseln sind super praktisch – kein Abmessen, kein Geschmack, einfach einnehmen und fertig.     Ich nutze die ESN Ultrapure Creatine Monohydrate Kapseln seit einiger Zeit und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Die Wirkung ist absolut überzeugend: Bereits nach wenigen Wochen habe ich eine spürbare Kraftsteigerung und eine bessere Regeneration im Training festgestellt. Die hohe Reinheit des Kreatins und die zuverlässige Qualität von ESN merkt man sofort, und das Produkt ist zudem vegan und in Deutschland hergestellt ein weiterer Pluspunkt für mich.Die Kapseln sind sehr praktisch für unterwegs und machen die Dosierung einfach und sauber. Man muss kein Pulver abmessen und hat kein Risiko, dass etwas verschüttet wird. Die Verpackung ist stabil und lässt sich gut transportieren.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Größe der Kapseln.     Die ESN Kreatin Kapseln sind für mich eine richtig bequeme Lösung, vor allem an Tagen, an denen man keinen Shake trinken will. Die Qualität wirkt hochwertig, die Kapseln sind gut verträglich und unterstützen spürbar Kraft und Leistungsfähigkeit im Training. Besonders praktisch ist die saubere Zusammensetzung ohne unnötige Zusätze. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man mehrere Kapseln braucht, um auf die empfohlene Dosis zu kommen. Außerdem sind sie im Vergleich zu Pulver etwas teurer. Trotzdem ein sehr solides Supplement, das seinen Zweck zuverlässig erfüllt.

    I hate taking creatine i powder form so I tried capsules. Although the capsules are big they’re easy to swallow. I no longer have digestive problems taking creatine and get the benefits of creatine.

    Creatine Monohydrate. Exactly the same grammage and ingredients as in branded stuff, so buy something like this that’s not too expensive as it does the same thing! Remember to drink plenty of water too…!Also, capsules are rather large, not a problem if you’re used to swallowing certain things, but I look like a blue tit chick trying to swallow a larger caterpillar!
