Das Tefal Ice Force Universalmesser mit 11cm Klinge hat die richtige Größe, die richtige Form und den richtigen Preis.Dass ich nur 4 Sterne vergeben habe, liegt daran, dass es einfach zu schnell an Schärfe verliert.Man kann es für alles Mögliche recht lange in der Küche benutzen aber für die Sachen, die richtige Schärfe verlangen, funktioniert es nur ein paar Wochen.
