Excellent practical knife – easy to sharpen and comfortable to use
This is a very good small utility knife. The handle is comfortable and secure, and the knife feels practical in daily use.It is not a forged knife, but that is not a disadvantage here. The blade is thin, light, and easy to sharpen, which makes it very useful for fruit, vegetables, and general kitchen tasks.Overall, this is a simple but excellent knife with very good value for money.
Perfektes Arbeitsmesser für den Küchenalltag
Ich habe das Messer meinem Mann geschenkt, der als Koch arbeitet, und er benutzt es wirklich täglich im Arbeitsalltag in der Küche. Er hat sich sehr darüber gefreut, weil es genau das erfüllt, was man im täglichen Geschäft braucht: effizient, zuverlässig und angenehm in der Handhabung.Das Messer liegt super in der Hand, bleibt lange scharf und lässt sich auch sehr gut nachschleifen. Da geht es nicht um Schickimicki oder besonderes Design, sondern um ein ehrliches Arbeitsmesser, das im stressigen Küchenalltag überzeugt. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Lange gesucht...
...und endlich fündig geworden!Auch wenn ich kein Profi-Koch bin, ein gutes Küchenmesser ist einfach das A und O um wirklich Spaß beim Kochen zu haben. Nachdem ich über Jahre hinweg die unterschiedlichsten Messer probiert habe (von hochpreisig bis hin zu einfachen IKEA365) - mit dem Victorinox bin ich endlich angekommen!Die Qualität ist - wie sollte es anders sein - sehr gut, die Klinge ist perfekt austariert, der Schwerpunkt (für mich) optimal und der Griff (zwar bei diesem Modell "nur" aus Kunststoff, aber das hat in meinen Augen auch einige Vorteile) liegt super in der Hand. Über die Schnittleisung/Schärfe der Klinge braucht man Victorinox Produkten eigentlich generell nichts hinzufügen, diese ist hervorragend. Würde mir zwar gerne eine Variante mit einer etwas runderen Spitze wünschen, unabhängig davon werden künftig nur noch diese Messer in unserer Küche landen.Ich kann das Messer bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Schönes Messer. Gute Haptik und Qualität.Der Stern Abzug liegt an der Verpackung. Diese ist leider günstige Pappe und war schon ziemlich zerknickt, so dass es als Geschenk nur bedingt geeignet war.
