    Already had a smaller Oakware chef knife. The handles are more squarish so there is a better feel vs a more oval handle. The finish is excellent. They come sharp, the angle of cut is great. The 2 smaller knives get the workout. I prefer the smaller chef knife I bought before vs. this chef knife, but that is me just whining. The product is excellent and you cannot beat the price for what you get. I bought this set mainly for the smaller knives, but I am not donating the chef knife.
