    Gute Ergänzung für Ausdauersport

    Hab viele Ergänzingsmittel probiert fürs Eadfahren. Das ist mitunter das erste was mir nicht auf den Magen geschlagen hat. Muss aber jeder für sich ausprobieren. Ich nutze es bei Graveltouren zwischen 50 und 150 km

    Genau richtig für lange Radtouren oder Läufe. Ich mische eine Packung mit 600 oder 750ml und das reicht mir für eine Stunde. Ich bin mit 6 Flaschen super durch 180km Rennrad gekommen. Werde das wieder kaufen.

    Ich hatte es auf einer 180km-Tour dabei und war begeistert allerdings klebt es sehr stark, wenn etwas aus der Flasche läuft. Durch die klebrigen Finger hat man es schnell an den STis und dann wird es widerlich, weil man es überall verteilt. Muss da wirklich so viel Zucker drin sein?

    Ich hatte große Hoffnungen in das Beta Fuel 80 Pulver gesetzt, da es in der Ausdauersportszene einen guten Ruf genießt. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass es bei mir zu erheblichen Magen-Darm-Beschwerden führte. Trotz der angepriesenen Formel zur Minimierung von Magenproblemen bekam ich nach dem Konsum regelmäßig starke Krämpfe und fühlte mich aufgebläht.Die geschmacklich ist das Pulver durchaus angenehm, und die Zubereitung ist einfach. Leider überwiegen bei mir die negativen Auswirkungen auf den Magen. Ich kann daher keine Empfehlung aussprechen und werde auf andere Produkte zurückgreifen müssen.Fazit:Für Sportler, die empfindlich auf bestimmte Kohlenhydratmischungen reagieren, könnte dieses Produkt problematisch sein. Es ist schade, dass es bei mir nicht funktioniert hat, da ich die Idee eines optimalen Energielieferants sehr ansprechend finde.

    Terrible synthetic taste - Don’t buy it

    Someone from SIS must try to taste the strawberry and lime version of the Beta Fuel 80 to check that it is their plan that it should have such a terrible synthetic taste. With this terrible and whammy taste you will not get the planned nutrition for your race because you will not look forward to get the drink in your mouth. We have tried to test it different amount of water but nothing helps and the last 6 packets will be thrown out.

    I am an ultra-mountain runner and I have used the Beta Fuel from SIS in the past for races up to 100 miles. It has always worked for me, so no complaints about the product.Unfortunately, from this order, 3 of the packets were not correctly sealed, so powder escaped from the sides. I was able to get a full refund from Amazon.

    Bastante bien los he probado para salidas largas y marchas cicloturistas, no me han dado problemas gástricos desde el primer día. Sabor naranja muy bueno aunque termina cansando recomiendo ir alternando con otras fuentes de alimentación u otros sabores!
