    One of the most reliable gels out there. Taste is subtle, doesn’t require water (which makes it extremely convenient), and it has never upset my stomach, even during marathon training when you usually consume a higher amount of gels. Strong recommendation.

    Bin Hobby Ultraläuferin und nutze die Gels für meine Longruns. Habe keinerlei Probleme mit dem Magen, kann aber dennoch sagen, dass sie sehr gut verträglich sind. Die Geschmäcker sind angenehm nicht zu viel und vor allen Dingen nicht zu süß. Die Konsistenz ist leicht wässriger. Die Verpackung lässt sich leicht mit den Zähnen zum Beispiel öffnen, auch für Radsport geeignet. Die Größe ist super, da man dadurch weniger Gels zu sich nehmen muss.

    Ich nutze die SiS Isotonic Energy Gels regelmäßig bei längeren Radtouren und Laufeinheiten – und sie haben mich noch nie im Stich gelassen. Die isotonische Formulierung ist ein echter Vorteil: Man kann die Gels ohne zusätzliches Wasser einnehmen, was besonders im Wettkampf oder bei intensiven Einheiten super praktisch ist 1.Die Konsistenz ist angenehm flüssig, nicht zu dick, und die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen im Variety Pack bringen Abwechslung ins Training. Besonders gut gefallen mir Zitrone und schwarze Johannisbeere – nicht zu süß und sehr erfrischend.Mit 22 g Kohlenhydraten pro Gel liefern sie schnell Energie, ohne den Magen zu belasten. Ich hatte bisher keinerlei Verdauungsprobleme, was bei anderen Gels leider öfter vorkam. Auch die Verpackung ist durchdacht – lässt sich leicht öffnen und passt gut in Trikottaschen oder Laufgürtel.Fazit: Für mich eines der besten Energiegele auf dem Markt – vegan, effektiv und angenehm im Geschmack. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle Ausdauersportler!

    Ich habe mich beim ersten Versuch gefragt, warum das Gel so komisch schmeckt und so eine seltsame Konsistenz hat. Naja, die Packung während des Laufens in einem Mülleimer entsorgt und das Problem dann vergessen.Bei der nächsten Radtour das gleiche Problem; abgestiegen, nachgeschaut: abgelaufen im Jahr 2022! Ich bin wirklich entsetzt und hoffe doch sehr, dass dieses Problem umgehend behoben wird!

    Ich finde die Konsistenz extrem gut. Auch geschmacklich top. Das Einzige, was ein bisschen nervt ist, dass man einen losen Schnipsel in der Hand hält, wenn man eins geöffnet hat. Trotzdem: ich will nichts anderes mehr.

    Die Go Isotonic Energy Gele mag ich am liebsten von allen die ich bisher getestet habe. Ich habe mir ein Paket mit 20stück bestellt. Leider sind diese aber nur noch 2 Monate Haltbar das finde ich nicht so toll.
