    Ich nutze das sanotact Elektrolyte Recovery Pulver aktuell regelmäßig in meiner Vorbereitung auf meinen nächsten Hyrox – und bin wirklich begeistert. 💥Gerade bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten oder längeren Laufeinheiten hilft es mir spürbar, schneller zu regenerieren und fit zu bleiben. Man merkt richtig, wie der Körper die verlorenen Mineralien wieder bekommt und die Energie zurückkommt.Was mir besonders gefällt: Der Geschmack ist richtig gut, nicht künstlich oder zu süß, und das Pulver lässt sich sogar ohne Wasser direkt im Mund auflösen – ideal, wenn man unterwegs ist oder schnell nachlegen will.Ich habe schon einige Elektrolytprodukte ausprobiert, aber das hier ist definitiv eines der besten.
