    im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz guter Preis, gute Verträglichkeit beim Laufen, da diese nicht zu zähflüssig sind (muss man aber individuell ausprobieren, welches Gel zu welchem Mensch passt, da jeder einen anderen Verdauungstrakt hat)

    Wer eine Allergie hat ist es nicht geeignet.

    Einziger "Nachteil": Die 5 Gele waren nur in einer Plastikverpackung, keine schöne Papierverpackung oder ähnliches.Ansonsten sind die Gele top, ideal fürs laufen oder Radfahren!

    Dieses Energy Gel ist nicht unbedingt das was es sein soll. Zum einen lassen sich die Verpackungen mit verschwitzten Händen die man natürlich beim Sport hat relativ schwer öffnen , dann ist das Produkt ehrlicherweise viel zu süß , und von einem Gel kann man in diesem Fall eigentlich nicht davon sprechen es ist eher ein dickflüssiger Sirup wie man ihn z.b von verdünnungssäften kennt. Ich habe die ersten zwei Packungen bereits beim Laufen verbraucht kann aber auch nicht unbedingt davon berichten dass man dadurch mehr Energie hat im Gegenteil man bekommt er noch viel viel mehr Durst weil sie so süß sind.

    3 Gels während moderater Läufe getestet - geschmacklich ok und dürften auch wirken. Sind insgesamt günstiger als die Konkurrenz, aber in der Füllmenge auch kleiner. Nicht gut vertragen, aber das ist immer individuell. Dürfte bei mir an der Fruchtsäure liegen. Fürchterlich unpraktisch allerdings und schwer zu öffnen. Sorgt für klebrige Finger. Ich bleibe bei Powerbar und Maurten.

    Der Geschmack war super und die Power ab km20 auswärts beim Laufen gibt's nennguten boost so wie es sein soll.Habe aber auch dafür einen guten Magen , auch mit viel essen nie Probleme beim Laufen.

    Nice tasting, great value, seems to work.I like these gels because they are such good value and I don't feel guilty every time I take one. They are quite watery compared to some, but not so watery that they spill out once opened.I'm currently marathon training and I have used these throughout my training block. They keep me going when on my longer runs. I wouldn't say they provide an immediate boost, but they help to power on through the longer miles.I also find they are much more gentle on your stomach compared to some brands.

    I didn't use this for its intended purpose as I used it as an energy boost at a concert. It worked great for that purpose and tastes great. Now I have it in my bag for if my chronic illness makes me struggle. I would buy again

    I bought these on recommendation when training for and running a 10k. I took one 30 minutes beforehand and then every 30 minutes of the race.Easy to carry and open during a run, although a bit sticky if spilled. The consistency does get thinner if your body heat warms them up.They taste reasonably fine, but they are sweet and do catch you in the throat a bit.Also beware not drinking enough water with these as your stomach will betray you. Make sure to chug some water after the run if you don’t like drinking during.
