Ich benutze dieses Widerstandsband-Set seit ein paar Wochen und bin wirklich begeistert! Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, das Material fühlt sich stabil an und die vier verschiedenen Bänder decken alle Trainingslevel ab – von Aufwärmen bis intensives Krafttraining.Was mir besonders gefällt:Das Set kommt mit einem Trainingsplan, der richtig gut aufgebaut ist. Ich trainiere damit drei Mal pro Woche und folge genau dem Plan – super praktisch, vor allem wenn man keine Lust hat, sich eigene Übungen rauszusuchen. Die Workouts sind abwechslungsreich, fordernd und machen Spaß.Die mitgelieferten Griffe, Türanker und die Tasche machen das Set perfekt – man kann überall trainieren, egal ob zu Hause oder unterwegs.Fazit:Für alle, die effektiv und flexibel trainieren wollen – absolute Kaufempfehlung! Ich vergebe 5 Sterne ohne zu zögern.

Gute Bänder mit vielen Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Die Resistance Bands machen einen guten Eindruck und sind für Zuhause-Workouts super praktisch. Es sind mehrere Stärken dabei, sodass man von leichten Aufwärmübungen bis zu anstrengenderen Kraftübungen eigentlich alles abdecken kann. Für Klimmzug-Unterstützung, Schulter- und Hüftübungen oder Mobilisation sind sie auf jeden Fall gut geeignet.Die Bänder fühlen sich ordentlich verarbeitet an und riechen nicht stark nach Gummi, was ich positiv finde. Auch nach mehreren Trainingseinheiten konnte ich bisher keine Risse oder starke Abnutzung sehen.Einen kleinen Punkt abziehen würde ich, weil die Widerstandsstufen nicht ganz so klar angegeben sind und sich manche Bänder vom Gefühl her recht ähnlich anfühlen. Außerdem rollen sie sich bei manchen Übungen (z. B. um die Beine) etwas zusammen, was etwas nervt, aber noch im Rahmen ist.Insgesamt aber ein gutes Set für den Preis, mit dem man viel machen kann. Daher 4 Sterne.

Habe sie für Eigengewicht Training gekauft, funktioniert super an jeder Tür (bei mir)Die Belastung ist stark, man bekommt da schon sehr viel Gewicht über die Bänder und man kann sogar kombinieren.

So weit funktioniert alles ganz gut aber jetzt ist etwas passiert, was ich schon immer mal befürchtet habe. Mir ist das schwarze Band beim Training gerissen. Es war ganz normal um eine Stange geschlungen um Lat Pulldowns zu machen, nichts außergewöhnliches. Es ist also schon möglich dass das passiert.
