Günstiges Set mit kleinen Schwächen
Die Bänder kommen in fünf unterschiedlichen Widerstandsstufen, was für Einsteiger gut geeignet ist, um sich langsam zu steigern. Die Länge ist ebenfalls ausreichend für viele Übungen im Bereich Yoga, Pilates oder leichtes Krafttraining.Allerdings wirkt das Material nicht besonders hochwertig – nach ein paar Anwendungen zeigen sich bereits leichte Abnutzungsspuren an den Rändern. Besonders bei den stärkeren Bändern hätte ich mir mehr Stabilität und Zugfestigkeit gewünscht.Für den gelegentlichen Einsatz sind sie okay, vor allem für den Preis. Wer jedoch regelmäßig und intensiv trainieren möchte, sollte eventuell in ein robusteres Set investieren.
