Ich habe schon einige Fitnessbänder ausprobiert, aber dieses Set hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht.Das ist mir besonders aufgefallen:• Kein Chemie-Geruch: Was mich am meisten begeistert hat: Das Gummi riecht absolut gar nicht! Viele Vergleichsprodukte haben oft einen extrem beißenden Geruch, aber hier riecht man nichts. Das spricht für eine sehr gute Materialqualität.• Inklusive Tasche: Es ist eine kleine Transporttasche dabei, in die wirklich alles reinpasst. Es ist zwar etwas eng, aber man bekommt das gesamte Set (Bänder, Griffe, Türanker) unter. So hat man immer alles an seinem Platz und es fliegt nichts lose herum – ideal auch für unterwegs.• Vielseitigkeit: Die verschiedenen Stärken sind super, sodass man für jede Übung das passende Level hat. Tolles Produkt - überlegen vor Kauf
Also, grundsätzlich ist das Produkt schon in Ordnung und echt toll. Der Lieferumfang war super. Ich habe jedoch nicht bedacht, dass ich mit den harten voll Gummibänder nicht gut trainieren kann. Die geben schon extrem schwer nach und sind auch nicht sehr handlich. Das ist weniger ein Produkt Thema als ein Geschmack-Thema.

Qualität ist okay und reicht mir
Nutze die Bänder jeden zweiten Tag und komme gut damit klar. Keine Risse oder Schwachstellen und hab auch keine Angst, dass mir ein Band mal reißt... Von den Widerständen her passt es relativ gut und bei manchen Übungen nehme ich einfach zwei Bänder zusammen.
Super für Heimtraining
Für mich eine tolle Alternative zum Fitnessstudio. Ein Ganzkörpertraining ist mit den Bändern, dank des mitgelieferten Zubehörs (Türanker, Geiffstücke), gut abzudecken. Für Bodybuilder ist es wahrscheinlich eher ungeeignet, aber für eine normale Grundfitness völlig ausreichend.

J’ai acheté ces élastiques de musculation récemment. Je ne les ai pas encore testés sur une longue période, mais au déballage, ils paraissent de bonne qualité. Les élastiques sont épais, solides, et inspirent confiance.La matière semble résistante et bien finie, sans défaut visible. Les différentes résistances permettront de varier les exercices, ce qui est appréciable pour un entraînement progressif.À voir dans le temps lors de l’utilisation, mais pour l’instant le produit correspond à mes attentes. Bon rapport qualité/prix à première vue.

Voor weinig geld een complete set met alles wat je nodig hebt zelfs een pamflet met allerlei oefeningen om optimaal te kunnen trainen, heb het nu een aantal dagen gebruikt en het voelt goed.

Très bonnes bandes d'entraînement !Je voulais reprendre doucement le sport et travailler ma coiffe du rotateur qui a pris un coup et qui me lance souvent dès que je fais des efforts au boulot (même si c'est rare ca arrive ^^)J'ai commencer par travailler avec la bande jaune sur plusieurs sessions type : Rotation internet ou externe, élévation latéral mais je suis vite passé au rouge pour des question de resistance trop faible.D'après les inscriptions sur les bandes, ca corespondrais plus ou moins a ceci :Vert : 50lb-125lb >22kg-56kgViolet : 35lb-85lb > 15kg-38kgNoire : 25lb-65lb > 11kg-29kgRouge : 15lb-35lb > 7kg-15kgJaune : 5lb-15lb > 2kg-7kgJe suis pas convaincu que ces mesures, j'ai également des haltères et quand je met 6kg, j'ai l'impression que l'haltère procure plus de resistance que l'élastique mais je ne les utilise poas depuit longtemps donc peut-etre que je m'y prend mal.Ce que je peux dire c'est que ils sont efficace, je n'ai presque plus de douleurs au niveau du bras gauche du aux différents exercices cités plus haut c'est deja pas mal !!Les coutures ont pas l'air "a première vue" hyper solide donc je n'utilise que très peu les poignés mais elles sont assez agréable a utiliser et la prise est bonne.L'adaptateur pour bloquer sur les portes est super aussi je l'utilise pour de nombreux exercices celui-ci pour l'instant il n'a pas cédé.Vous aurez une notice avec plusieurs exercices, je ne l'utilise que très rarement mais ca peux convenir au debutant.La pochette de transport permet de tout ranger dedans mais il va falloir enrouler correctement les elastique sinon ca ne rentre pas.C'est du coup le seul point négatif, le rangement, il faut roulée chaque bande sur elle même car en vrac, le sac sera trop petit.J'aurais aussi apprécié un petit elastique ou tout autre astuce pour maintenir la bande enroulée sur elle même. Exemple, la jaune ne tient même pas et généralement c'est la seule que je n'enroule pas ...Voila je recommande ces bandes sans hésitation, et vous souhaite une bonne scéance de sport !Que la FORCE soit avec vous ^^
