    Das Training mit den Bändern ist sogar noch besser, als erhofft. Mein Plan war, dass ich nicht ins Gym muss und daher daheim ein Training machen kann. Durch die verschiedenen Abstufungen kann ich sehr gut variieren und gerade mit dem grünen Band kommt man auch tatsächlich an die Grenzen. Das hätte ich nicht erwartet.Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

    Die Bänder fühlen sich stabil an und haben saubere Verarbeitung. Die Widerstände sind gut abgestuft, sodass man jede Muskelgruppe trainieren kann. Ich nutze sie zuhause und im Gym. Mit Türanker und Griffen hat man viele Übungsmöglichkeiten. Nach ein paar Workouts merkt man den Muskelkater deutlich. Preis-Leistung ist top.
