The cuff fits comfortably and adjusts well to different arm sizes. Great Home BP machine!
I give this BP machine five stars for sure! In my household there is me with a regular width arm, 52-year-old woman, my huge 20 year-old son who is 220 pounds of weight lifting muscle mass, and my husband of 51 years who has nice beefy arms! The cuff fits around all of our arms, thank goodness. You do have to place it precisely above your elbow bend, and get it nice and snug before you push the button. I am extremely visually impaired, so I really appreciate the talking feature. I love how it tells my son to stop talking when it is tightening, that is hard for him! This is such an easy BP machine to use, I can use it myself with my low vision without any assistance. It is very accurate. The voice is clear and easy to understand. It is nice to have a BP cuff in our home to get an idea of our BP from time to time. I Purchased it because both my husband and I are over 50 now, need to keep an idea of our BP. But also since our son is a weightlifter, and is very serious about bulking, he also needs to keep an eye on his BP. This little machine has clearly demonstrated to our son that drinking energy drinks with caffeine raises his BP significantly. He use this machine for a week to monitor his blood pressure going without any energy drinks. He didn't have to go to a drugstore or a doctor to do this test. Indeed, his BP went down significantly without the caffeine drinks. If you have high blood pressure in the family, low blood pressure like me, or just want a home use machine, I recommend this one. It is very reasonably priced. And, it is so easy to use. You just have to practice a little, sit still, no talking, breathe in and out slowly, and it is quite accurate.
