The NRV (Nutrient Reference Values) are impressive, giving me confidence in their efficacy.Now for the practical bit: These aren't your typical easy-to-swallow capsules. Being tablets, they can be a bit tricky! They have a tendency to stick to the tongue, making them a bit hard to get down with just a sip of water. My solution? A good swirl in water to help them along. If you choose to dissolve them, be aware that, like most calcium and magnesium salts, there might be some residue at the bottom. A quick shake of the container to suspend everything before drinking does the trick! 🧉Despite this minor consumption quirk, the benefits far outweigh it. For their quality, effectiveness, and the trusted Natural Elements standard, I wholeheartedly recommend them! If you're looking for clean, effective electrolytes, and don't mind a little dissolving effort, these are a winner. 💯

    Die sind riesig und zum schlucken echt schwierig. Das sage ich obwohl ich bei großen Tabletten davor nie Schwierigkeiten hatte. Deshalb 1 Sternabzug.Ob sie wirken ist noch zu verfrüht zu sagen.

    dieses Produkt kann ich nicht empfehlen. Der Geschmack ist nachhaltig, das heißt auch über längere Zeit NACH der Einnahme, salzig und unangenehm. ES ist KEIN Kalium enthalten. Allerdings eine für den Körper gut verwertbare Form eines Magnesiumsalzes weswegen ich dann doch 3 Sterne gebe. Jedoch kaufe ich diese Nahrungsergänzung bestimmt nicht noch rinmsl

    Ich nutze die Tabletten nun schon über einen längeren Zeitraum und habe sowohl die ältere als auch die aktuelle Version ausprobiert. Nach meiner zweiten Bestellung hat sich die Qualität deutlich verbessert: Die Tabletten sind jetzt angenehm klein und dadurch viel leichter zu schlucken.Auch die Wirkung empfinde ich nach regelmäßiger Einnahme als positiv.
