    Ich trinke die Elektrolyte im Fitness-Studio und mische 1 Sachet mit 1 ltr. Wasser. Schmeckt dann natürlich nicht sooo intensiv, aber immer noch intensiv genug - und sehr lecker! Dadurch trinke ich gerne 2 ltr. während meines Trainings und fühle mich gut dabei.

    Wir haben den Hydraid Hydration Helper LEMON für unseren Sohn gekauft, der regelmäßig Fußball und Leichtathletik macht. Er ist begeistert, vor allem der Berry-Geschmack ist sein absoluter Favorit! 🍓Das Pulver löst sich gut auf, schmeckt angenehm frisch und hilft spürbar dabei, den Flüssigkeits- und Elektrolythaushalt nach dem Training schnell wieder auszugleichen. Kein künstlicher Nachgeschmack, top Zusammensetzung mit über 1100 mg Elektrolyten.Sehr empfehlenswert, unser Sohn trinkt es gerne, und wir sind rundum zufrieden!

    These are not only the nicest tasting but also the most effective electrolytes I have tried. While many have that artificial sweetness, these actually taste really good. The recent redesign of the packet opening makes it easier to pour into a bottle of water so thumbs up for this development.

    Ich habe das Hydration Helper Kohlenhydrat-Elektrolyt Pulver ausprobiert und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden damit. Das Produkt hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt und meine Leistung bei intensiven körperlichen Aktivitäten verbessert.Das Pulver lässt sich leicht in Wasser auflösen und hat einen angenehmen Geschmack. Es enthält die richtige Menge an Kohlenhydraten und Elektrolyten, um den Körper während des Trainings optimal mit Energie zu versorgen und den Flüssigkeitshaushalt auszugleichen. Ich habe festgestellt, dass ich mich weniger erschöpft gefühlt habe und meine Ausdauer gesteigert wurde, seitdem ich das Hydration Helper verwendet habe.Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist die praktische Verpackung. Die Portionsbeutel sind einzeln verpackt und leicht mitzunehmen, was sie ideal für unterwegs macht. Das ist besonders nützlich, wenn man an Outdoor-Aktivitäten oder Wettkämpfen teilnimmt.Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe, ist der Preis.     Das Produkt hält, was es verspricht, und der Geschmack ist richtig gut – deutlich besser als viele andere zuckerhaltige Getränke. Ich verwende es vor allem bei längeren Laufeinheiten ab etwa 15 Kilometern in Kombination mit einem Energiegel, bei ausgedehnten Wanderungen am Wochenende und neuerdings auch auf längeren Autofahrten ab etwa drei Stunden – der Geschmack überzeugt immer.Zur Wirkung kann ich Folgendes sagen: Bei langen Läufen nutze ich das Getränk in erster Linie, um meinen Körper gezielt mit Elektrolyten zu versorgen und so meine Geschwindigkeit zu halten, ohne Einbrüche zu erleben. Auch nach dem Sport hilft es mir, Dehydrierung und Kopfschmerzen vorzubeugen – das hat für mich bislang sehr gut funktioniert. Ich spreche dabei nur aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung und bin kein Wissenschaftler, aber für mich wirkt es zuverlässig....

    Ich finde Beutelchen sind zwar Verpackungsverschwendung, aber super praktisch. Das Pulver löst sich sehr gut. Geschmack ist auch okay.Leider mag mein Verdauungssystem das Zeug auch in ganz niedriger Dosierung nicht.

    Très bien, je l’utilise soit lors de grosses sessions de sport, soit en vacances quand il fait très chaud, et je trouve que ça m’aide vraiment à mieux rester hydratée. Le citron est frais et agréable à boire, sans arrière-goût chimique. Pratique à emporter et simple à utiliser, j’en suis satisfaite.

    È la mia risorsa da supereroina, mi ricarica dopo la piscina, quando ho ripreso lo sport ero distrutta dopo gli allenamenti e volevo solamente dormire così ho provato lei per aiutarmi e non ho più avuto questo problema e continuo la giornata post allenamento tranquillamente. Dopo le serate dove eccedo con l'alcool mi aiuta a riprendermi la mattina dopo quando ho la testa che fa male e sono intontita. È fissa in casa ormai da anni, l'unica cosa che cambierei.. un po' troppo dolce, io la metto in un litro o un litro e mezzo d'acqua.
