Trainingsgerät mit Schwächen in Leistung und der Handhabung
Das Trainingsgerät macht auf den ersten Blick einen soliden Eindruck und überzeugt durch eine insgesamt gute Verarbeitung. Alle Teile sind sauber verarbeitet, und das Gerät fühlt sich in der Hand robust an. Für ein Training von Brust, Schultern und Armen ist es durchaus geeignet und bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeit, die Kraft zu steigern.Allerdings habe ich große Zweifel, ob der angegebene Widerstand von bis zu 200 kg tatsächlich erreicht werden kann. Beim Training fühlt sich der Widerstand deutlich niedriger an, als die Beschreibung vermuten lässt. Für Einsteiger oder Gelegenheitsnutzer mag das ausreichend sein, aber ambitionierte Sportler könnten hier schnell an die Grenzen des Geräts stoßen.Trotz der soliden Bauweise fällt außerdem auf, dass das Gerät nicht die absolute Stabilität bietet, die man bei intensiver Nutzung erwarten würde. Für ein Heimtraining mit moderater Belastung ist es gut geeignet, aber für den langfristigen Einsatz bei hohen Anforderungen könnte es an Grenzen stoßen.Der beiliegende Riegel, der zum Aufhängen des Geräts dienen könnte, ist zudem nicht optimal konzipiert. Er springt leicht heraus, wodurch sich das Gerät nicht zuverlässig aufbewahren lässt. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn hier ein stabilerer Mechanismus integriert würde, um die Handhabung zu erleichtern.Insgesamt ein ordentliches Trainingsgerät mit guter Verarbeitung, das jedoch bei der angegebenen Widerstandsleistung nicht voll überzeugt. Wer realistische Erwartungen mitbringt, wird es dennoch als Ergänzung zum Krafttraining schätzen können.
