Sehr effizientes, gutes Trainingsgerät, welches auch Spaß macht. Ist bei mir täglich im Einsatz.
Zweckmäßig, aber nicht so gut verarbeitet.
Verarbeitung eher mittelmäßig. Quietscht sehr laut bei der Anwendung. Ansonsten erfüllt es seinen Zweck.
Mann kann das Gerät überall mit hin nehmen und trainieren.
Kurze Lieferzeit. Der Aufbau ist Kinder leicht.Nach einer Woche regelmäßigen Training sind schon Erfolge zu bemerken. Muskelkater ist garantiert.

Schrott Nicht Zu Gebrauchen
Hab den Angeblichen Trainer heute bekommen und bin mega entäuscht mache seit 18 Jahren Kraft Sport das Teil hier ist nichts für Muskelaufbau im Gegenteil das einzigste was der aufbaut ist das WUT LEVEL keine Ahnung wieso hier einige schreiben super Teil für mich ist das Ding totaler Quatsch weder Bizeps noch Tripzeps kannst du mit diesen Schrott trainieren um das so anwenden zu können brauchst du Affen Arme und Unterarm Schutz manschetten denn die Bügel drücken dir dermaßen so brutal auf den Puls unteramhandgelenk das es höllisch weh tut und deine Faust bis zur Schulter um den Bizeps anzuspannen schafft man auch nicht da man mit den Ellenbogen Garnicht genug Platz hat eventuell ist das Teil etwas für KRAFT KLEINWÜCHSIGE aber ein Mann mit normaler Figur und Größe von 178 kann mit diesen Schrott nichts anfangen schön das Weihnachten vor der Tür steht das schenke ich jemanden den ich nicht mag 😂 Also Überlegt euch gut ob ihr das Teil kauft

leider sind die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt worden. Da gibt es fürs gleiche Geld besseres vor allem auch die Verstellbarkeit der Druckhärtedenke das ich das zurückschicken werde

Bought this for work. As a truck driver I can't have anything that takes up a bunch of space. Bought this with the goal that I can get a bit of a workout in while I'm on the road. I used it for a few exercises to try it out & I definitely felt it in my chest, biceps, and triceps!
Good but requires already being fit.
Not for the beginner. It takes a lot of strength just to bend it, not even thinking about using it regularly for exercise yet. I’ll have to get fit first.
You can bring this exercise equipment with you any where.
