Wenn man es richtig anwendet, ist es eine coole Sache. Preis Leistung 👍🏻 ich bin damit zufrieden und es funktioniert sehr gut.
Sehr sinnvoll zum Oberkörper-Muskelaufbau ohne Belastung durch Gewichte - Gummis brüchig
Super-Gerät - verwende ich täglich - mit schnellen Ergebnissen, Bizeps schon nach 2 Wochen größer und härter, Brust straffer.Kleines Manko: die Verkleidung der Feder platzt auf - das ist mir aber egal. Beeinträchtigt nichts. Feder gibt auch knarrende Geräusche von sich - auch das stört mich nicht - finde ich eher lustig.(Was andere Kunden über stinkenden Billig-Schaumstoff an den Griffen schreiben : das stimmt bei meinem Gerät ganz und gar NICHT.)

Mein Armtrainer hat knapp 20 € gekostet.Ja,Er hat etwas Spiel.Aner um.ehrlich zu sein finde ich das sogar klasse,da man Ihn dann schon besser verstellen kann ohne das es klemmt.Wem das nicht passt kann sich ja einen Profitrainer für das Doppelte und mehr anschaffen.Für mich als Heimgerät super.Allerdings eher für Männer oder bereits recht starke Frauen.Auf dem kleinsten Widerstand bekomme ich es fast nicht verdrückt.Für mich aber super.Für den Preis jederzeit gerne wieder.PS.: wer darüber ablästert das es Geräusche macht,sollte sich vielleicht mal gute Ohrstöpsel anschaffen.
Ok und verwendbar mit Abstrichen
Alles in allem Ok für den Preis, besser verarbeitet Teile kosten das doppelte oder mehr. Generelle Verarbeitung soweit ok, alles leicht zu montieren. Leider ist das Spiel zwischen den Bauteilen sehr groß, was sicher langfristig bei Belastung zum Thema werden kann. Kann mit Band oder Metallband reduziert werden, ob und wie lange das hilft kann ich heute noch nicht sagen.Aber alles in allem ist es seine 30 Euro wert, und wird sicher 2-3 Jahre seinen Dienst tun.
