Good knife
I bought this as a present for my wife, because she wanted a new Deba/pairing knife, and preferred "angular" type handle. She has used it a lot and has been very happy with it.

Ausgefallenes scharfes Messer, relativ kurze dicke Klinge
Ich durfte das SHAN ZU japanische Küchenmesser testen.📦 Das ausgefallene Küchenmesser, hier das 9,5 cm Schälmesser / Obstmesser wird in einer hübsch aussehenden Box geliefert. Die Klinge des Messers steckt in einer Schutzhülle, ebenso ist die Spitze nochmal zusätzlich mit einem Aufsatz geschützt.👍 Das Messer ist relativ kurz, die Klinge macht etwas weniger als die Hälfte der Messerlänge aus. Durch den Fiberglasgriff ist das Ganze auch recht leicht, liegt aber gut in der Hand, gerade für Schneiden von Obst oder ähnlichem. Sowohl in der Hand als auch auf dem Brett lässt es sich sehr gut benutzen.👍 Die Klinge ist ausgefallen, ein Wellenmuster aus Silber und Schwarz. Sie besteht aus 6 Schichten Kohlenstoffstahl. Die Oberfläche ist uneben (die Wellenmuster sind nicht aufgedruckt, sondern wirklich erhaben), es lässt sich aber dennoch gut reinigen (sollte man auch immer direkt nach der Benutzung per Hand). Die Klinge ist relativ dick, also kein hauchfeines Messer.👍 Die Schärfe überzeugt so weit auch. Auf einer Schärfeskala von 1-10, wobei 10 das Schärfste wäre, würde ich sagen eine 8.Ein schönes, optisch sehr ansprechendes Messer. Sowohl als Geschenk als auch zur Eigennutzung würde ich dieses Messer empfehlen.

Stabil, schön aber absolut stumpf. Ein japanisches Messer aus China. Schade.

Känns riktigt billig, vilket den ju är..Varken professionell, handsmidd eller supervass. Slö direkt ur kartongen, men blir ganska vass med en massa jobb. Knappt värd pengen.
