My new favourite knives
Coming from experiences with general, medium quality knives, I am amazed with the quality of WMF. I bought Western style and Japanese style knives from WMF at the same time and after 2 months my default choice is always the WMF Yari. I do not yet know for how long they will keep their edges, so far so good, they are very sharp. Feels good in my hand (a bit heavier than my previous ones, but not too heavy). Beautiful design.

Wahnsinns Messer. Ich hatte schon sehr gute davor aber dieses sind nocheinmal etwas hochwertiger. Nachdem mein Mann das Sankokumesser zum Geburtstag bekommen hat und wir so begeistert waren mussten wir die ganze Serie haben.Die Messer scheiden durch einfach alles wie Butter. Natürlich bei entsprechender Pflege.Preisleistung in meinen Augen absolut gerechtfertigt.
Sehr gute Messer aber Probleme bei Lieferung
Top Messer, aber musste meine zwei mal zurückschicken. Beim ersten Mal war bei der Lieferung ein Stück aus der Klinge herausgebrochen und beim zweiten Mal erhielt ich offensichtlich gebrauchte Messer. Sonst sind die Messer echt top und performen richtig gut. Wären die Probleme bei der Lieferung nicht gewesen, gäbe es volle 5 Sterne.
Super scharf
die Messer sehen genau so aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.man sollte beim Umgang mit den Messern schon achtsam sein, sie sind sehr scharf.nachdem ich die Messer jetzt schon ein paar Monate in Verwendung habe kann ich bestätigen dass die Messer sehr lange sehr scharf bleiben.
Teure Messer - tolle Qualität
Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand, sehen toll aus und sind hervorragend geschliffen. Ich koche sehr viel und bin dementsprechend anspruchsvoll. Bei diesem Produkt gibt es zu dem Preis keine Beanstandung. Im Einzelhandel war dieses Messerset um 30% teurer, hier wäre meine Rezension etwas kritischer ausgefallen. Um den gekauften Preis, sehr empfehlenswert.

Great knifes! Anyone who has used WMF knows!
Un peu déçu.
Rien à dire sur la lame ni sur la qualité de coupe ; toutefois je suis un peu déçu par la prise en main du manche du petit couteau qui est de même taille que celui du couteau médian ce qui rend son maniement moins aisé.
