    Ich nutze das Novation Launchkey Mini 25 MK4 hauptsächlich mit Ableton Live und bin vom Gesamtpaket sehr überzeugt. Die DAW-Integration funktioniert reibungslos und ermöglicht einen schnellen, flüssigen Workflow – viele Funktionen lassen sich direkt am Controller steuern, ohne ständig Maus und Tastatur zu verwenden.Die 25 Minitasten sind trotz der kompakten Größe gut spielbar. Besonders hilfreich sind die Skalen- und Akkordmodi, mit denen sich musikalische Ideen schnell und sauber umsetzen lassen. Die Drum-Pads sprechen zuverlässig an und eignen sich sowohl für Beats als auch für Clip-Triggering.Ein echtes Highlight ist der Step Sequencer, der sich hervorragend mit Ableton Live nutzen lässt. Patterns können intuitiv erstellt, angepasst und live verändert werden, was den kreativen Prozess deutlich erweitert.Zusätzlich lässt sich das Launchkey sehr gut mit dem Seqtrak verbinden, was sich im Alltag als äußerst praktisch erweist. In dieser Kombination eröffnen sich nochmals mehr kreative Möglichkeiten, insbesondere beim Sequencing und beim Einspielen von Ideen. Das Zusammenspiel funktioniert zuverlässig und ergänzt den Seqtrak sinnvoll.Fazit:Ein kompakter, durchdachter MIDI-Controller mit großem Funktionsumfang. Besonders stark in Verbindung mit Ableton Live und überraschend vielseitig im Zusammenspiel mit dem Seqtrak. Sehr empfehlenswert für Produzenten mit flexiblem oder mobilem Setup.

    Ich habe mir den Novation Launchkey Mini 37 [MK4] als kompaktes MIDI-Keyboard für mein Home-Studio geholt – und bin rundum begeistert. Trotz der kleinen Größe bietet es erstaunlich viele Funktionen, die man sonst eher bei größeren Controllern erwartet.Die Chord Modi sind wirklich genial – damit lassen sich mit einem Finger komplexe Akkorde spielen, was gerade beim Songwriting super hilft. Auch der Arpeggiator ist klasse: vielseitig, dynamisch und macht richtig Spaß beim Experimentieren mit Ideen.Was mich ebenfalls positiv überrascht hat, ist der umfangreiche Software-Bundle, der mitgeliefert wird. Ableton Live Lite, virtuelle Instrumente und diverse Plug-ins – damit kann man direkt loslegen, ohne erst viel extra kaufen zu müssen.Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv. Alles ist übersichtlich angeordnet, und ich hatte nach kurzer Zeit schon das Gefühl, den Controller wirklich gut im Griff zu haben. Die Tastatur fühlt sich angenehm an – sie ist natürlich nicht mit einer Klaviertastatur vergleichbar, aber für ein Mini-Keyboard dieser Größe absolut in Ordnung.Fazit: Ein großartiger kleiner Controller mit cleveren Features, intuitivem Workflow und starker Software-Ausstattung.

    Kompaktes Controller Keyboard mit hohem Mehrwert

    Für mein Heimstudio sowie mein mobiles Setup war ich auf der Suche nach einem kompakten Keyboard-Controller mit 37 Tasten, 16 Pads und ein paar Reglern. Es sollte aber keine Mini-Tasten besitzen.Naja, die Auswahl war dann nicht mehr so riesig.Umso erfreulicher, dass das Novation Launchkey 37 MK4 in nahezu jeder Hinsicht überzeugt.- KompaktDurch die mittelgroßen Tasten sowie die Anordnung der Pitch und Modulation Wheels oberhalb der Tastatur, erreicht das Launchkey 37 MK4 eine Breite von nur 55,7 cm. Damit passt es locker auf jeden Schreibtisch und sogar in einen etwas größeren Rucksack. Dabei fällt es mit nur 2,18 kg ins Gewicht.- 37 Tasten Klaviatur mit AnschlagdynamikDie Tasten lassen sich sehr angenehm und auch geräuscharm spielen.Sie sind ein hervorragender Kompromiss zwischen Full-Size und Mini-Keys.Ich besitze noch ein Master-Keyboard mit 61 Tasten von Edirol (Roland) und dessen Tasten sind denen hier sehr ähnlich.Lediglich die Funktion "Aftertouch" fehlt hier, was aber in Anbetracht des Preises verschmerzbar ist.- 16 PadsDie Pads übertreffen meine Erwartungen deutlich. Ich hatte bereit mehrere Pad-Controller im Besitz, aber die Pads des Novation sind auf einem anderen Level. Sehr empfindlich (gut für ganz kleine Anschlagstärken), sehr gutes haptisches Feedback und last but not least: Aftertouch. Und zwar in den beiden Varianten "Channel" sowie "Polyphonic", was ungeahnte Möglichkeiten eröffnet.- ControlsDie 37 Tasten Version bietet zwar keine Fader, aber 8 Endlosregler die über jeden Zweifel erhaben sind. Ich nutze diese zum Steuern von Software-Synths und dabei machen sie eine gute Figur (schön schwergängig).- Bedienung, SpezialfunktionenFür mich eine der besten Bedienoberflächen eines MIDI Controllers, die ich bisher gesehen habe.Den Arp- und Chord-Modus nutze ich aktuell nur rudimentär, habe dabei aber bereits die intuitive Nutzführung zu Schätzen gelernt.- DAW IntegrationIch verwende Logic Pro mit diversen Controllern und benötigte eigentlich keine volle DAW Steuerung.Jedoch bin ich angenehm überrascht wie gut die Integration des Launchkey MK4 in Logic funktioniert.Nach der Installation des entsprechenden Skripts erhält man einige Zusatzfunktionen.Besonders gefällt mir dass der aktuelle Spurname im Display des Controllers angezeigt wird.Auch die Änderung der Pad-Farben in Abhängigkeit der gewählten Spur ist eine tolle Sache.Lediglich die Zuordnung der Encoder im Plugin-Modus bereitete mir Schwierigkeiten, weshalb ich diese Funktionalität in Logic deaktiviert habe und die Encoder im Custom Modus frei belege.Schön wäre noch gewesen, den Standard-Modus der Encoder und Pads im DAW Modus ändern zu können.In den Settings ist dies nur für den Standalone-Modus möglich.- Mitgelieferte Software-LizenzenAbleton Live Lite ist eine vernünftige Basis, falls man noch keine DAW hat.Und die GForce Bass-Station würde ich als ein "Must have" bezeichnen.Ich hatte bereits die alte Version und freue mich sehr über dieses Upgrade.Fazit: Meine Erwartungen wurden erfüllt oder sogar übertroffen.

    One of the best keyboards/controllers on the market for this price range.It arrived with its original box and the delivery was smooth.The installation of the software (I'm on macOS) is quite straightforward, as well as the first firmware update.No problems to integrate it with Ableton Live, and the provided software bundle is a good starting point for aspiring producers.I really recommend it if you're looking for more than a MIDI keyboard. The drum pads are the same of the Launchpad series, and the half-weighted keys do their job if you're not a pianist.The only issue (if we want to call it so) is that there is no way with the management software to set the volume faders to reach maximum 0db in Ableton Live, unless you map them in Live, but in this case you will lose the navigation features. However, it's an issue that is not only related to this keyboard.

    So much fun!!

    Awesome mini keyboard! Works with GarageBand on iPad (just connects without any additional software) and on Mac (which enables additional features). Just wish I had more time to play with it :)

    Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ding - bin zwar kein Keyboardist, deswegen kann ich nicht beurteilen wie die Tasten eigtl. sind im Vergleich zu anderen Geräten, aber für meine Zwecke sind sie gut (Full-Size und Halbgewichtet war mir wichtig). Die Pads sind angenehm, die Potis und Funktionstasten auch. Das einzige was bisschen besser sein könnte sind die Slide Regler, weil sie ein wenig rumwackeln, aber funktionieren tun sie auch gut. Was absolut super funktioniert ist die Integration mit dem Ableton DAW - es macht so Spaß mit 1-2 Knopfdrücken die Dinge im DAW zu steuern, man braucht keine Maus und Tastatur mehr und kann sich an das Spielen konzentrieren. Und das Software Paket was damit kommt - unglaublich viele guten Sachen, teilweise ein paar hundert Euro wert... Ich hatte Glück, dass ich den Preis von 211€ erwischt habe, bei anderen Shops war i.d.R. ca. 269€, was auch extrem gutes Deal war - also vllt. lohnt es sich auf Wünschliste hinzuzufügen und warten bis der Preis wieder droppt :)

    Took me a while to get it working through my SteamDeck (Arch Linux) but with perseverance & divine grace I got there in the end. Kinda pricey too but I've spent money in worse ways ngl. The white and grey keys look as aesthetically pleasing irl as they do in the pictures/videos online. My already thin wallet may have lost considerable weight during this transaction but bwoy I am one happy punter.

    Favorite small space keyboard

    This is the smallest keyboard with usable keys, and all the features I need. I had been using a keystep, but found it lacking for fast idea input. It's not terrible, the launchkey mini is just better. It typically costs a little more so that makes sense. I was mad that a regular 3.5mm cable wasn't enough to get it working with a polyend tracker+, but that's polyend's fault for using a dumb midi standard. I needed to make an adapter chain, but I'm good now. I like being able to assign midi channels from settings. I like having the separate pads. I typically dislike mini-keys, but accept them as a compromise to get more keys. These are pretty great. I'm mostly worried about velocity. I use it a lot. This does velocity great. Feels good to use. It's just heavy enough that it doesn't feel cheap, but just light enough it doesn't feel poorly designed. Seems to work with everything I use. The price is fair. Good job Novation. The MK4 mini is a win. If you want extra credit, add a midi mode slider beside the port on the MK5.

    Great midi device, works well with Abelton, a lot to learn and as Im new to Abelton and midi controllers Im yet to delve fully into its capabilities. Quite a bit of free downloads and tones of stuff available to buy all purchased,It was initially marked as delivered with me receiving a package for another address and not this item, this was sorted out with a replacement organised to be shipped free of charge. Then the day that the replacement was organised I received the item.Great customer service, took 3-5 days to clear up the undelivered item issue and have a replacement organised free of charged.
