Kompaktes Kraftpaket für spontane DJ-Sessions!
Ich habe den Hercules DJControl Mix Ultra am 10. Januar 2026 gekauft und ihn seither intensiv mit meinem Smartphone getestet. Als jemand, der gerne mobil bleibt, bin ich mit diesem Controller insgesamt recht zufrieden.Meine Erfahrungen im Test:• Mobilität & Konnektivität: Der Controller ist extrem kompakt und lässt sich problemlos über Bluetooth mit iOS- oder Android-Geräten verbinden. Die Einrichtung mit der djay-App war kinderleicht.• Bedienung: Trotz der geringen Größe sind die wichtigsten Funktionen intuitiv erreichbar. Die Jogwheels fühlen sich für diese Preisklasse erstaunlich wertig an.• Akku-Performance: Ein Punkt, der mich besonders positiv überrascht hat: Im Vergleich zu anderen mobilen Einsteiger-Controllern, die ich bisher in den Händen hielt, hält der Akku bei kabelloser Nutzung ungefähr ein Drittel länger. Das gibt einem gerade bei längeren Sessions im Park oder unterwegs die nötige Sicherheit.• Einsatzbereich: Er ist das ideale Werkzeug für Einsteiger oder als Backup-Gerät für Profis, die zwischendurch mal schnell einen Mix vorbereiten wollen.Fazit:Der Hercules DJControl Mix Ultra beweist, dass man kein riesiges Pult braucht, um Spaß am Mixen zu haben. Er ist zuverlässig, ausdauernd und bietet genau die Flexibilität, die man von einem modernen Smartphone-Controller erwartet.
Gutes Spielzeug für Unterwegs
Ich bin nur ein Hobby / Bedroom DJ, hatte aber bereits verschiedene Geräte, wie DDJ-400 und Numark Mixstream Pro Go. Ich suchte ein kleines Gerät, welches ich gut unterwegs nutzen kann. Der Numark geht natürlich super, aber ist für das Flugzeug zu groß. Aus dem Grund wollte ich das Hercules Produkt testen. Ich war bei der Bluetooth Verbindung skeptisch.Wie die Vorredner aber bereits bestätigten, werden nur Steuer-Daten übertragen und dies geschieht in Echtzeit! Audio muss über das Endgerät (Tablet/Smartphone) per Kabel angeschlossen.Qualität finde ich sehr gut. Die (plastik) Fader, Knöpfe und Regler wirken hochwertig und lassen sich gut bedienen.Ich werde das Gerät behalten und für meine Reisen in Kombination mit Tablet (iPad) oder Smartphone (Google Pixel) und Djay verwenden. Die Größe und Gewicht ist echt ideal.Die Software ist erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber nachdem man sich damit beschäftigt hat, funktioniert das auch gut. Man kann die freie Variante verwenden, jedoch mehr Möglichkeiten hat man mit der Pro Variante.Das Gerät richtet sich an Anfänger, aber auch Pros für Unterwegs.
Super Hardware für ein ultramobiles DJ Setup! Die Software ist die eierlegende Wollmichsau!!
Der Controller ist für diesen Preis gut verarbeitet und wird sogar mit Hardcover ausgeliefert, was bei sonstigen DJ Equipment nicht selbstverständlich ist.Die Integration in die Algoriddm Djay Software (iOS) funktioniert einwandfrei.Einfach in den App Einstellungen „Bluetooth Midi Gerät hinzufügen und fertig.Das Ding arbeitet mit Bluetooth LE und ist daher extrem sparsam im Stromverbrauch.Die Kritik von den einem oder anderen bezüglich Verzögerung (sprich Latenz) ist absoluter Schwachsinn, diese Leute haben das Konzept dieses Gerätes nicht verstanden!Es ist nämlich ein reiner Controller ohne Audio-Interface.Natürlich wäre ein DJ-Setup mit Audioübertragung per Bluetooth unbrauchbar, da es durch die Komprimierung von Audio zu Latenzen kommt. Es werden hier jedoch nur Steuerdaten drahtlos übertragen, der Ton muss natürlich vom Kopfhörerausgang des Haupt-Gerätes kommen! (Wer keinen Miniklinken Anschluss mehr hat, braucht natürlich noch einen Lightning oder USB-C Adapter) Wer einfach nur seine Bluetooth Stöpsel verbindet hat also klarerweise eine hörbare Verzögerung.Das beigelegte Splitkabel auf zwei Miniklinken-Buchsen für Kopfhörer und Main-PA trennt einfach das Stereo Signal auf zweimal Mono auf, damit man die Titeln vorhören kann.Das funktioniert alles tadellos, ich bin DJ für elektronische Musik seit den späten 90er und habe früher schon mit Vinyls aufgelegt, später Hybrid mit Timecode und MP3, heutzutage hauptsächlich digital.Ich hatte schon so ziemlich alle DJ Controller am Markt unter den Fingern bzw auch in meinem Hauptsetup in Betrieb. (Software: Traktor Pro 4)Dieser kleine Hercules Controller in Verbund mit einem iPad ist für mein autarkes, mobiles Setup am DJ-Lastenfahrrad genau das richtige!!Und die Algoriddm Djay Software ist der absolute Hammer mit vielen Features und Unterstützung für zahlreiche Streaming-Anbieter, sowie DJ Controller von Drittanbietern! Ehrlich gesagt, lässt die App meine langjährige Traktor Pro Software ziemlich alt aussehen.
Klare Kaufempfehlung. Anfänger wir Fortgeschrittene!
Tolles Pult. Kann eigentlich alles. Der eine Stern Abzug begründet sich nur durch Kleinigkeiten. Unzulängliche Anleitung, Farbe, die erste Verbindung von Tablet und Pult. Sonst alles TOP! Video zeigt wie man verbindet!

It's fine for home use, but to play in a club or somewhere outside, you'll need to buy an external card or use the laptop's card if you decide to play on a laptop. My biggest motivation was being able to manage my playlists in Spotify.

Sowohl im Semi-Professionellen Einsatz als auch fürs eigene mischen und bespielen gut geeignet. Nutzung mit der App ist einfach und unkompliziert und der Akku von großem Vorteil
Material ist top. Software naja.
An sich ein qualitatives Produkt. Es funktioniert und ist robust. Die dazugehörige App kostet aber 50€ im Jahr. Und durch die kabellose Verbindung muss man sich bewusst sein kommt es zu Verzögerungen. Ein großer Pluspunkt: Direkt von Spotify oder SoundCloud spielen zu können. Aber alles in allem eher was für absolute Hobby DJs.

An excellent entry level digital DJ controller
After DJing with vinyl in my teens and early 20s, I got the itch to try it again in my mid 40s. With Algoriddim DJay, you can use your streaming music services as your “record collection” and just get going straight away! Took me a day or two to work out which settings were most natural to me as an old analogue DJ but I’m now mixing away happily.This product is a gateway for aspiring young DJs or for a bit of fun at home and it’s very good at what it does. The battery life is impressive and the build plenty solid enough for its intended purpose. If your phone or tablet doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack, you’ll need a lighting or usb-c to 3.5mm adapter to then use the included splitter cable to enable headphone pre-cueing but if you just want to blast out a mix without pre-cue, you’ll can just Bluetooth to a speaker directly and you’re off.It’s a great bit of kit.
