Klein und Zuverlässig!
Ich habe mir den AliveCor Kardia Mobile 6L EKG-Monitor gekauft und bin absolut begeistert. Das Gerät ist Smartphone-kompatibel und ermöglicht 6-Messungen, die äußerst präzise und zuverlässig sind.Ich bin besonders zufrieden damit, dass das EKG meine doppelten Herzschläge (Extrasystolen) problemlos erkennt. Die Genauigkeit der Messungen gibt mir ein hohes Maß an Vertrauen in die Ergebnisse. Es ist beruhigend zu wissen, dass ich meine Herzgesundheit so einfach und bequem im Auge behalten kann.Die Anwendung des KardiaMobile 6L ist sehr einfach und benutzerfreundlich. Das Gerät lässt sich problemlos mit meinem Smartphone verbinden und die EKG-Aufzeichnungen werden direkt in der App gespeichert. Die Darstellung der Daten ist klar und verständlich, was die Analyse meiner Herzaktivitäten erleichtert.Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist die Portabilität des Geräts. Es ist kompakt und leicht, sodass ich es überallhin mitnehmen kann. Dadurch bin ich in der Lage, jederzeit und überall ein EKG durchzuführen, was mir zusätzliche Sicherheit gibt.Alles in allem bin sehr zufrieden. Ein sehr tolles und präzises Gerät, was einem Profi ekg Gerät wirklich ebenbürtig ist, insofern man keine Herzinfarkte auswerten will. Für diese braucht man mehr Kanäle.Aber für extrasystolen perfekt!
An excellent ECG device short of battery issues
I purchased this item because it promised an easy way to perform more than one-lead ECG measurements. The device came with a totally depleted battery, so that I initially thought that it was defective. I replaced the CR2016 battery with a fresh one, a CR2016 Ultimate from Energizer and now it works perfectly. I don't know if this device was a new device that remained long time in storage or of it is one returned by a customer that depleted the battery before returning the item. Also, to replace the battery, you need a Philips P00 screwdriver to remove the back electrode under which lies the battery. If you don't have such a screwdriver, you need to buy one. This is an obvious sign of poor device design both because of battery depletion while in storage and for needing a special screwdriver to replace it. Many device manufacturers use flat button batteries in their devices, but they also put a sort of thin insulation paper/plastic between the battery and one of the battery electrodes so that the customer removes that thin insulation paper/plastic just before usage, so that the battery does not deplete during storage, or they deliver the battery outside the device so that the customer installs it just before usage by just sliding the battery into a device slot without needing to screw/unscrew stuff. In my opinion, this is poor device design from user friendliness point of view.That said, once the new battery installed, everything worked fine. You need first to download the Kardia App on your smartphone, create an account with username/password, fill in the other information such as name, birth date, sex, etc. sync the KardiaMobile 6L with the Kardia App (through Bluetooth, but you do NOT sync it from Android. You do it exclusively from within the Kardia App) and you are ready to go for your first ECG measurement. If measurements are not properly done, you'll have many artifacts. It's important that the ECG electrodes have a good contact with your skin. The following is what I do to have good ECG measurements without artifacts:* I wash my hands under warm water for a few seconds and dry them with a towel. Warm hands ease signal transmission;* I take a bowl of warm tap water next to my desk;* I open my Kardia App next to the KardiaMobile 6L device;* I sit on a chair and moisten my left ankle with a few drops of warm tap water to cover the back electrode of KardiaMobile 6L and than I sit GENTLY the device (do NOT press the device on the skin and avoid sitting it one ankle bone) on that moistened ankle skin. Then I moisten each one of my left and right hand fingers with the same warm tap water and sit GENTLY on each one of the upper left and right ECG electrodes. I do NOT press my fingers on the device and I do NOT touch with my hands any other object or part of my body while the ECG takes place. As soon as the Kardia App detects a good signal, it starts performing the ECG measurement. You see the 6 waveforms evolving on the Kardia App screen. I stay STILL until the end of the ECG measurement, when the Kardia App asks confirmation of my name.It is important that the measurements are taken under good conditions, otherwise they will be full of artifacts and therefore make them unusable. Ensure a good skin contact with the ECG electrodes, avoid placing the back electrode on knee bone, and do NOT press the device against your skin. Only gentle sitting of the device is needed.Without paid subscription, the Kardia App says it detects 3 events (Atrial fibrillation, Bradychardia and Tachycardia) and with the KardiaCare paid subscription it says it detects 3 more (Sinus Rhythm with PVCs, Sinus Rhythm with SVE and Sinus Rhythm with wide QRS). I did not buy the KardiaCare subscription yet, but I may give a try. In any case, subscription or not, you have the possibility to have each individual ECG submitted to human cardiologist for a fee. The device comes with a very succinct manual. I recommend that you download the complete user manual in Adobe PDF from manufacturer's website. Check Alivecor.com or Kardia.com.Overall this is an excellent ECG device short of the battery issues I mentioned above, which is why I removed one star for the review.
Alive Cor Kardia Mobil - deutlich mehr als ein Gadget
Das Alive Cor Kardia Mobil 6L ersetzt trotz seiner minimalen Größe (ca. 2 Streichholzschachteln groß) ein komplettes 6 Kanal EKG mit den 6 Extremitätenableitungen nach Einthoven und Goldberger (Ableitungen I; II; III; aVR; aVL; aVF). Nur die weiteren 6 Ableitungen nach Wilson (V1-V6) fehlen, da die dafür benötigten Elektroden nicht vorgesehen sind. Diese letzteren Ableitungen sind allerdings nur zur detaillierten kardiologischen Diagnostik notwendig. Mit dem vom Gerät gelieferten 6 Kanal EKG lassen sich Rhythmusstörungen auf Vorhof- und Ventrikelebene (Arrhythmien und Extrasystolen), Überleitungsstörungen (Rechts- und Linksschenkelblocks) sowie Herzmuskelischämien mit den dafür typischen EKG-Veränderungen erkennen. Das Ergebnis lässt sich als PDF-Datei verschicken oder ausdrucken, wobei das EKG-übliche Millimeterpapierraster gleich mitgedruckt wird. Die so aufgenommenen EKGs können selbst oder vom behandelnden Arzt ausgewertet werden, eine Mitgliedschaft bei Alive ist dafür nicht notwendig. Diese wird nur für den Fall angeboten, dass man gleich eine online-Auswertung der EKGs wünscht, was nicht notwendig erscheint. Der Kontakt zu den Fingern beider Hände und dem linken Knie ist auch ohne Elektrodengel gut und ausreichend für qualitativ hochwertige EKG-Kurven.. Wünschenwert wäre noch die Möglichkeit, den voreingestellten Vorschub von 25 mm/s (üblich in den USA) auf die hier in Deutschland übliche 50 mm/s zu erweitern, was die Auswertung erleichtert. Außerdem würde ein nach Namen und Aufnahmedatum geordnetes Archiv, in dem sich die EKGs verschiedener Personen speichern lassen, den Nutzen des Geräts noch einmal steigern.
Sehr präzise und einfach zu bedienen
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem KardiaMobile 6-Kanal Gerät. Die Anwendung ist sehr einfach und funktioniert problemlos mit dem Smartphone.Die Messungen sind schnell und wirken sehr präzise. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man die Ergebnisse direkt in der App sehen und speichern kann. So hat man immer einen guten Überblick über seine Herzaktivität.Die kompakte Größe macht es ideal für unterwegs. Man kann es jederzeit nutzen, ohne großen Aufwand.Auch die Qualität und Verarbeitung sind sehr gut. Das Gerät macht insgesamt einen zuverlässigen Eindruck.Für alle, die ihre Herzgesundheit im Blick behalten möchten, ist das eine sehr gute Lösung.Klare Kaufempfehlung!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 von 5 Sternen

...was mich mega nervt ist das sie Kopplung mit dem Blutdruck Gerät nicht funktioniert trotz aller Vorschläge wie es doch gehen sollte...es geht nicht...Jetzt lässt es sich nichtmal mehr "finden" ich bin mega genervt vom Gerät und werde es zurückschicken...da kaufe ich extra so ein gutes Gerät und dann funktioniert es nicht wie es soll... richtig schlecht
Genialer, präziser "kleiner Kardiologe"!!! - Funktioniert AUCH OHNE ABO!!
Vorab: Eine oft als "hilfreich" bewertete Rezension sagt aus, der Kardiologe des Rezensenten meinte, das Gerät würde nichts taugen, da nur die Ströme der Beine gemessen werden (jein, es sind die sog. Extremktätenableitungen, die Brustwandableitungen fehlen, dennoch ist das EKG recht aussagekräftig, das nur am Rande). Hierzu kann ich nur sagen: Wechsel deinen Kardiologen, lieber Rezensent!!!!Natürlich erhält man kein vollumfängliches Bild zum Gesundheitszustand des Herzens! Dieser Anspruch wird auch nirgendwo erhoben!!! Mann kann aber sehr wohl einiges erkennen, Vorhofflimmern sowie -Flattern, was schon äußerst nützlich ist, aber noch bedeutend mehr, wenn auch primär für Kardiologen. Ausgewertet wird für die genannten Punkte nur Ableitung 1, korrekt. Aber Anhand der Ableitung 2 lässt sich einiges Präzise ausmessen ("... Des Weiteren gilt, dass die einzelnen Komponenten des EKGs möglichst in Ableitung II vermessen werden sollten...", Zitat aus einem fachliterarischem Werk), auch die anderen Kanäle sind (für einen Kardiologen) durchaus sehr nützlich! Nicht umsonst verleihen mittlerweile nicht wenige Fachpraxen die kleinen Monitore an ihre Patienten! Sie sind hervorragend dazu geeignet, temporär salvenartig auftretende Extrasystolen zu erfassen, z.B. Diese treten oft nur selten und phasenweise auf. Und genau dann ist dieser "kleine Kardiologe" ein geniales Teil! Ein Kardiologe erkennt aus dem EKG bsp. aber auch respiratorische Arrhythmien, Schenkelblock,..... Für (viel) mehr braucht es natürlich Brustwandableitungen, aber auch das ist klar. Beide Versionen machen Sinn, sowohl das 1-Kanal als auch das 6-Kanal! Lasst euch ggf. von eurem Kardiologen beraten! Ich selbst habe mich bewusst für die 6-Kanal-Variante samt Kardia-Mitgliedschaft entschieden - trotz des Sendens der Daten in die USA. Die meisten nutzen WhatsApp, Google, Facebook etc., achten nicht auf Privat Policys, Cookies und dergleichen und mutmaßlich viele von jenen mokieren sich hier über die Datensenderei??? Ich nutze nichts von all dem und lasse meine Daten hier dennoch senden. Ich habe mich gründlich damit auseinander gesetzt und mir ist es das wert. Zwar bin ich kein Arzt, geschweige denn Kardiologe, arbeite aber im Gesundheitswesen, war auch in der Kardiologie tätig, habe viel mit Patienten zu tun, die mit Kardiovaskulären Ereignissen etc. zu tun haben und maße mir an zu behaupten, dass mein Fazit "Genialer, präziser "kleiner Kardiologe" zutreffend ist. Schaut auch gerne mal den Blog der "CardioPraxis Düsseldorf" zu dem Thema an (ich arbeite nicht für diese, bin nicht mal in der Nähe und habe Null mit denen zu tun), dieser ist neben einigen weiteren sehr interessant und für Laien sehr verständlich geschrieben. Ach ja, und es lässt sich AUCH OHNE ABO NUTZEN, ob 6 Kanal oder 1 Kanal; die automatische Auswertung unterscheidet sich lediglich etwas und beim Abo sind 4 Auswertungen pro Jahr durch einen Kardiologe inklusive. Wäre schön, wenn sich der ein oder andere genau mit dem Gerät beschäftigt, bevor er unqualifizierten Stuss schreibt.Ich bin begeistert von dem Ding! So, ich habe fertig.
Sehr wertig und funktioniert
Ich war überrascht, wie klein das Gerät ist. Es passt (ohne die Hülle) in die kleinste Jackentasche. Natürlich direkt ausprobiert: die App aufs iPhone geladen und ein Konto erstellt. Alles ist praktisch selbsterklärend. Kein dickes Handbuch das man erst studieren muss, einfach super easy. Das alles war in 5 Minuten erledigt. Dann sofort eine Messung am Knie gemacht. Man muss, warum auch immer, das V auf dem Gerät vom Knie von sich wegziehen lassen. Inwieweit falsches V irgendwas beeinflusst, kann ich nicht sagen. Die App geöffnet, Messung durchführen auf dem Handy anklicken und die Finger wie vorgegeben auf das Gerät legen. Die Messung beginnt erst nach Auflegen der Finger, so dass man nicht in Hektik verfallen muss. Dann läuft im Display eine 30 Sekunden Anzeige und dann hat man sein EKG mit Puls und Kommentaren. Man kann es speichern und auch , z.B. an den Arzt, weiterleiten. Ich hatte Vergleichswerte für den Puls, und es stimmte mit meinem Gerät überein. Mal sehen was mein Doc sagt. Ich kann ja das EKG nicht beurteilen. Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine gute Sache! Wenn ich die Vergleichswerte vom Arzt habe, gibt es noch einen Nachtrag.

Kardia mobile 6-lead device is better than the single-lead version as it gives a clearer picture of the ECG trace for heart arrythmias.However, the associated Kardia app is not downloadable in Singapore to Android users and the device is useless without the App. The solution is to "sideload" the Kardia app via APK from a number of sites, eg. APKPure. After installing the app, everything works perfectly.

Amazing product. Easy to use. Accurate ECG for me as I have chf with pvcs and af. I also bought the case to keep the unit in. Had it checked by a Medico and they were also impressed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to monitor their heart output. Only thing I submitted one for review and info returned was exactly the same as free analysis so I won't bother with the Clinical review again.

Nao esta dando certo usei as explicacoes manuais ontenet ate agora insatisfeita se pudesse devolveria . Agora consegui fazer funcionar deve se usar o aplicativo de Micromed para ele funcionar . Agora está perfeito .

Funciona extraordinariamente bien. Antes usaba un smartwatch de Samsung y este dispositivo le da mil vueltas por facilidad de uso y calidad del resultado. El interfaz de la app en el móvil es un poco lioso y muy orientado a que te saques una suscripción, pero con no hacer caso, asunto arreglado. Este modelo cuesta poco más que el básico y tiene mejor funcionalidad, además de funcionar con bluetooth. El básico creo que no soporta BT, aunque podría equivocarme.

No debate. Nothing to think about.It's a fantastic, easy-to-use, reliable and CLINICALLY ACCEPTED 6 lead EKG and a very inexpensive price. The battery lasts around a year or more and is easily replaced. It's the CR2016 (same size as the CR2036 but thinner, and may not be as easily found in stores as the more common CR2036 so best to order some online and keep them as back up. The store for like 10 years...)You upload Kardia software to your iPhone/Android and it syncs easily with the device. There's a section for "notes" which you can use the phone's dictation option to dictate notes.Better: buy two. Keep one at home in the medicine cabinet or wherever you store items for quick access, and another for your purse/pocket for when you're traveling or out and about.I've been in the clinical medical device industry for 40 years- this is a great product, that works well, and delivers clinically-valid results to your doctor; it is inexpensive and well made. No reason not to have one if you are dealing with any and all cardiac issues.You don't have to sign up for their service if you have your own cardiologist or GP. The software works with or without a "subscription" (which is really only about having access to a cardiologist who will "read" you EKG and give you a determination.) The software will make a "possible xxx" diagnosis for you. The main point is that you shouldn't be buying this "for the heck of it" or to "see if I've got anything." If you suspect you are having cardiac issues, you should already have gotten you derrière to a doctor, preferably a cardiologist.If you already have consulted with your physician/cardiologist, then you already know - or suspect - what's going on, and you would be following your cardiologists advice from here on out and this is merely gathering additional data for further clinical analysis/study. In either case, the Kardia-generated "possible diagnosis" should confirm what you and your cardiologist already suspect, or at least provide more data for your clinician to make a more accurate diagnosis.
