Dieses Produkt wurde mir im Rahmen des Amazon Vine-Programms kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Meine Bewertung erfolgt unabhängig und ehrlich.Das Messerset von SCOLE kam in einer sehr ansprechend gestalteten Box an und macht direkt einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Messer wirken edel, liegen gut in der Hand und fühlen sich wertig an. Die Klingen sind ordentlich scharf und haben sowohl den Papier- als auch den Tomatentest problemlos bestanden.Beim genaueren Hinsehen habe ich an den Fasen kleine Kratzer und an einigen Schneiden winzige Scharten entdeckt. Die Messer sahen unbenutzt aus, daher vermute ich, dass der Grundschliff beim Hersteller nicht ganz sauber ausgeführt wurde. Beim Schneiden merkt man davon bisher nichts.Der beiliegende Wetzstab ist praktisch, für das große Kochmesser aber etwas kurz geraten.Das Set bietet eine solide Grundausstattung, mit der sich fast alles in der Küche erledigen lässt. Für Profis ist es wahrscheinlich nichts, für Hobbyköche oder den Alltagsgebrauch aber absolut ausreichend. Zur Standzeit der Schneiden kann ich nach der bisherigen Nutzung noch nichts Belastbares sagen. Das wird sich mit der Zeit zeigen.
