Die Messer liegen super in der Hand, sind scharf und schneiden mühelos Brötchen, Croissants, Käse oder Aufschnitt – genau dass, was man morgens/abends braucht.Man merkt sofort die hochwertige Verarbeitung und die langlebige Qualität, wie man sie von Zwilling kennt.Auch nach mehreren Spülgängen in der Spülmaschine sehen sie noch aus wie neu.Optisch sind sie schlicht und edel – ein echter Pluspunkt für den gedeckten Tisch.

Die Klingen sind schön scharf, allerdings sehr anfällig für Rost nach kurzer Benutzungsdauer (nur die 3 von Zwilling, alle anderen Messer nicht). Außerdem sind die Griffe nicht schön verarbeitet, man sieht die Nähte stark und der Kunststoff wirkt billig. Mal schauen wie lange die Messer halten

In de eerste instantie was ik heel blij met de Twin Grip broodmessen. Ze zijn goed scherp. Ik heb zelfs een 2e set aangeschaft. Helaas is er een maand na aanschaf van deze 2e set bij het broodsmeren, zomaar het ijzer spontaan van de heft afgebroken. Dit kan gebeuren. Maar je denkt toch kwaliteit te kopen. Jammer.
