Great quality.
I used to be a butcher and I can qualify that this is an excellent piece of equipment. Don't use it dry as you will lessen the life of the diamond coating on the steel. Use diamond lapping fluid, which will not only increase the life of the steel it will also give an excellent final edge.
Buena chaira
Afila muy muy bien, he afilado 7 cuchillos del tirón, menos de 5 minutos por cuchillo y están mejor que nuevos. Tienen un grano muy fino, con los dedos prácticamente no notas rugosidad. La mía tiene algunos defectos estéticos por algún motivo cerca de la punta (es más brillante), pero no parecen afectar a la funcionalidad, y no parece tampoco ser desgaste.

Oldukça sert bir masat güzel çapak alıyor ilk masat olarak kullanılır daha sonra ince diş bir masat ile sonlandırma yapılabilir güzel masat.
Buon prodotto
Prodotto che si fa pagare, ma che vae ogni centesimo. L'ho acquistato da poco, quindi non ha ancora superato la prova del tempo, tuttavia ad oggi sono molto soddisfatto. Unico neo, che però non ne inficia la qualità complessiva, è la dimensione della guardia: a mio avviso non protegge al 100%. Considerato però che è un prodotto professionale e quindi fatto per professionisti, i progettisti immagino abbiano promosso la maneggevolezza.Acquisto assolutamente ottimo, ma chi non è abituato all'utilizzo deve fare un goccio d'attenzione in più.
Ottimo affilatore
Ho provato diversi affilatori per i coltelli di casa ma senza grandi risultati. Questo affilatore ha l'aspetto e la praticità di un acciaino e affila veramente bene. Sicuramente la manualità dell'operatore ha la sua importanza, ma se siete abituati ad usare un acciaino si tratta solo di trovare l'angolo corretto e di non esagerare perché questo asporta materiale. Consigliato, appare di qualità. Non posso esprimermi sulla durata.
