benutze ich seit 2007, schärft immer noch einwandfrei. natürlich muss man auch mal den Grad runter putzen, das ist aber immer so!

Snabb, Effektiv
Slipar extremt snabbt och effektivt, sliter absolut en del så man bör använda då o då när man behöver slipa (inte samma som ett runt stål man rätar eggen med)
Pay for the quality
Worth spending the extra and getting a quality steel. The cheaper diamond steels lose their ability to sharpen effectively quite quickly. Victorinox are a quality manufacturer

Never heard of a sharpening steel. Saw a utub video on what chefs use to sharpen. This was it. Awww heck yeah!! Works great! Paper slicing sharp, no need to get stones and dedicate yourself to a shaolin sharpening temple trying to figure out perfect angles or techniques. Honing steel to finish, sweet edge! So it!
