Perfect knife for cutting meats
Strong and sturdy knife for cutting meats. Sharp and easy to work with. Really high value for the price.
Sehr scharf
Bin mit dem Messer absolut zufrieden. Die Anfangsschärfe ist hervorragend (hatte nicht gemerkt, dass ich mir in den Finger geschnitten habe). Das Messer ist auch schön flexibel, so dass man schön um die Knochen schneiden kann. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Ausbeinmesser
Ich schlachte viel selbst und habe mir dadurch auch Hochpreisige Messer gekauft. Aber dieses Messer ist der Hammer, ich habe es schon eine Weile in Gebrauch und es ist immer noch scharf. Vorsichtshalber benutze ich auch einen Kettenhandschuh, beim Ausbeinen weiß man ja nie. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Great knife, but...
Im super happy with the pricing of the product and the quality ( I have other Victorinox brand knifes and they are top quality). The issue is I got this knife without any packaging other than amazon small cartboard flat box. I dont understand why this knife was out of the original box.
Sehr scharf, liegt angenehm in der Hand
Klingenform und schliff sehr gelungen-> bietet bei hoher Arbeitslast den Ausgleich.Nach langem Ausbeinen/putzen von Knochen weiterhin scharf(nicht übertreiben versteht sich!)
Hochwertiger Eindruck wurde bestätigt
Hierbei handelt es sich um sehr scharfes Messer, also Vorsicht beim Umgang damit. Ich bin zwar kein Fachmann (Koch oder Metzger) aber es macht was es soll, es schneidt sehr leicht. Wie die Vorgänger auch bereits erwähnten, beim auslösen von Knochen ist es für meine Verhältnisse gut aber eine Biesamer Klinge würde mich noch zufriedener machen. Aber alles in allem, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt!

当たり前だけど
切れやすいけど厚みのある魚､例えばマグロの解体とか少し使ったけど切れ味は良かったけど刃が薄いから切れなくなると言われました。当たり前のクラッカーでした。でも解体後のさくを切るのは最高です。
