Anfangs sehr scharf, wird aber schnell stumpf und die Klinge ist ein bisschen zu dünn. Hätte mehr Qualität von Victorinox erwartet aber bei dem Preis ist es noch in Ordnung.
Very nice
This one and a Dick 13cm knife have the same blade length, it's actually 13cm and not 12, but still, it's a perfect blade length for cutting potatoes and such. Handle is not very thick but it fits into the hand very nicely. The blade has a give, but it doesn't bend a lot, it's just the right amount. I'm very happy with the knife, will see how it holds up with time.
