    Nach einigen Brotmessern, zu kurz, nicht scharf genug ENDLICH eins, das harte Krusten nicht scheut aber auch einen Hefezopf wunderbar schneidet. Bin im 7. Brothimmel🤩

    Das Messer ist wirklich ganz große Klasse. Ich backe mein Brot immer selbst, also außen schön knusprig und innen weich und luftig. Das Messer schneidet alles ohne Probleme. Die Klinge ist schön lang und wahnsinnig scharf. Einmal nicht aufgepasst, nur leicht gegen die Klinge gekommen und gleich kräftig in die Hand geschnitten.Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich jedoch. Es wäre gut, wenn es zu dem Messer eine Schutzhülle für die Klinge geben würde.

    Perfekt geeignet, um große Brote zu schneiden bzw. Scheiben davon abzuschneiden. Die Klinge ist deutlich länger als bei konventionellen Brotmessern, außerdem ermöglicht der feine Wellenschliff, dass man mehr sägt als schneidet. Die Ergebnisse sind jedenfalls hervorragend und die Marke Victorinox ist für ihre Schweizer (Taschen-) Messer weltbekannt.
