Alle Viktorinox-Küchenmesser sind sehr gut, bleiben lange scharf und lassen sich auch gut nachschärfen!

Von allen Messern die ich bisher gekauft habe, inklusive anderer namenhafter Marken, mag ich diese Messer mit Abstand am meisten. Ich benutze fast nur diese Messer, da sie für Gemüse und Obst eine super Größe haben. Sie bleiben lange scharf und können nachgeschärft werden.
