Ho già scritto un'entusiastica recensione su questi coltelli... e, infatti, appena scartati sembravano dei veri e propri rasoi! Tagliavano, al minimo tocco, verdure, pomodori, carne, ecc. senza problemi... Ma, dopo poco tempo il filo della lama ha perso la propria qualità iniziale, fino a schiacciare - ad es. un pomodoro da insalata - anziché tagliare... Tanto che ho dubitato che si trattasse di autentici Victor Inox, visto che ho da anni un coltellino della stessa marca che taglia bene ancor oggi come il primo giorno! Non so che davvero che dire... solo, come direbbe lo chef Joe Bastianich: "Mi avete diluso!".
