    Ein gutes und solides Multivitamin und Mineral stoffprodukt in/mit nicht zu großen Tabletten

    Ein gutes Multivitaminprodukt. Gut finde ich, dass die Tabletten relativ klein sind (im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Multivitaminpräparaten), recht gut zu schlucken (und mit Betenrot und Karmin gefärbt- so steht es auf der Packung) man somit auch die Dosierung der Vitamine, Mineralstoffe etc. wählen kann. Z.B nur eine zu nehmen , oder , wenn man mehr möchte auch mal 2.. Ich vertrage sie gut, aber nehme sie nie auf nüchternen Magen ein, sondern zu einer Mahlzeit . Wenn man länger 2 nimmt sollte man (als Mann bzw. Frau nach den Wechseljahren) ein wenig den Eisengehalt im Blick haben, um hier nicht unter Umständen versehentlich zu hoch zu dosieren . In einer Tablette sind 10,5 mg drin). Der Jodgehalt (eine Tablette enthält 75 Microgramm) ist an dieser Stelle eventuell auch interessant. ansonsten alles prima und gut verträglich und ich werde sie wohl wieder bestellen
