Es gibt schönere, präsentablere Steak- und Pizzamesser.Diese hier aber erfüllen ihren Zweck echt super,auch Brötchen lassen sich damit hervorragend aufschneiden.Ein generelles Problem bei Messern mit Wellenschliff istdas man diese meines Wissens nach nicht selber nachschärfen kann.Man muss also einen professionellen Service dafür in Anspruch nehmen,und diese Handwerkskunst kostet halt Geld.Es ist also billiger diese Messer zu nutzen bis es halt nicht mehr gehtund diese dann zu entsorgen. Sollte insgesamt billiger kommen.Aber ich habe schon das Gefühl dass diese Messer ziemlich lange halten.

Schneidige Angelegenheit – Für Alles, was auf den Tisch kommt!
Diese Messer sind der Hammer! Ich benutze sie nicht nur für Steaks, sondern für so ziemlich alles, was bei mir in der Küche landet – von Semmeln bis zu Fleischstücken, die dem Metzger Konkurrenz machen. Und ja, sie kommen auch mal mit dem Käse in Kontakt. Scharfe Sache!Pro:- Extrem scharf: Diese Wellenschliff-Klingen gleiten durch alles, als ob sie mit einem heißen Messer durch Butter fahren. Du musst echt aufpassen, nicht aus Versehen die halbe Tischdecke mitzunehmen.- Spülmaschinenfest: Und das meine ich wirklich. Ich hab ein baugleiches Messer aus diesem Set seit Jahren regelmäßig in der Spülmaschine – immer noch so scharf wie an Tag eins. Also keine Angst vor stumpfen Messern nach dem Spülgang!- Robuste Qualität: Nichts nervt mehr als labile Klingen, die sich bei der ersten Fleischsemmel verbiegen. Aber hier? No way! Die Messer fühlen sich sehr stabil an.Cons:- Ähm, wenn man unbedingt was finden will... vielleicht könnte die Farbe etwas aufregender sein? Schwarz ist halt solide, aber etwas Abwechslung wäre nett. 😅Unterm Strich: Für den Preis ein echtes Schnäppchen, egal ob du Profi oder ambitionierter Küchenchaot bist. Diese Messer machen einfach Spaß!

Wieder etwas von Victorinox
Ich habe schon mehrere Artikel von dieser Firma , es gibt ja verschiedene Preisklassen , einfache Plastikgriffe oder Edelholz . Aber scharf sind sie alle , es ist schweizer Qualität .Nun habe ich mir diese Steak - Pizzamesser zugelegt ,haben mir noch gefehlt .Noch etwas ,die Messer sind in einem kompakten Karton mit Schuber verpackt und in diesem werde ich Messer aufbewahren .
Liegt sehr gut in der Hand, Klinge super scharf.
Der Klinge ist etwas kleiner und dünner gemacht als andere Produktionen vor ein Paar Jahren. Das etwas ältere Vergleichstprodukt benutzen wir bis heute noch.Messer machen trotzdem ein sehr soliden und hochwertigen Eindruck.Liegt sehr gut in der Hand.

You will throw out all other steak knives
I was introduced to Victorinox from a friend who simply gifted me a tomato knife from a set gifted to her. Since then I have replaced almost all my knives with the brand and got rid of plenty of other brands that started strong but ended up letting me down. Like squishing my tomatoes when cutting them.They have all proven to be durable, quality, knives that stay sharp. This set cuts through steaks like hot butter. Don’t get me wrong I use them for so much more. They are highly used as they’re functional and versatile for our kitchen.They are light weight and a perfect size.I’ve had no issues with washing them in the dishwasher.For the money, they are worth every bit of it and then some in my opinion. I’m even gifting to friends, spreading the word so others don’t miss out on quality knives like I have for so many years.
