ich habe es mir zu den Arbeiten am Fisch geholt...Hiermit lassen sich aus Lachsforellen und anderen Fischen wunderbare Filets schneiden...Wenn man es dann noch öfter mal schärft zwischendurch ...oha...passt bloß mit auf...Ich hatte einne ganz sauberen Schnitt würde ich sagen :-)Tolles Messer...warum habe ich es erst jetzt gekauft?!

Wie nicht anders zu erwarten gewohnt gute Qualität von Victorinox. Dieses Filetiermesser begleitet mich mehrmals im Jahr nach Norwegen und leistet mir gute Dienste. Gerade bei Großfisch sehr empfehlenswert, für "kleine" Fische wäre jedoch etwas mehr Flexibilität der Klinge vorteilhaft

Ich habe mir dieses Messer zugelegt um bei meinen Reisen nach Norwegen meine Fische zu filetieren. Ich kann sagen, dass Messer ist beständige scharf mit der nötigen Flexibilität um sauber arbeiten zu können. Es liegt auch mit nassen und klitschigen Händen gut in der Hand.
