Top Qualität - Mein Lieblings-Brotzeitmesser
Ich benutze das "Victorinox Wood Tafelmesser" praktisch als Brotzeitmesser.Es ist ein Messer in sehr klassischem Design, ist aber etwas größer als vergleichbare andere Messer.Die Verarbeitung ist hervorragend und die Schärfe auch. Ich besitze das Messer jetzt seit ca. 1 Jahr und benutze es mehrfach in der Woche (Brot, Käse und Wurst schneiden, Butter schmieren etc.).Es ist immer noch gut scharf.Ich weiß, das man für den Preis auch ein halbes Dutzend gleichartige Messer aus billiger Produktion bekommt, aber spätestens nach ein paar Wochen merkt man den Unterschied.Man muß sich aber darüber im klaren sein, das es wegen des Holzgriffes nicht spülmaschinentauglich ist.

Leider ein sehr klassische design . Griff ist massiv aber das stort nicht. Es bleibt ein kleine gasse zwichen Griff und Klinge.Insgesamt ein tolle gute messer , ist sein preisweert.

Das Victorinox Wood Tomaten- und Tafelmesser ist zweifellos ein hochwertiges Produkt, das seine Versprechen in Bezug auf Qualität und Funktionalität erfüllt. Die Kombination aus erstklassigem Edelstahl und einem eleganten Holzgriff verleiht diesem Messer nicht nur eine ästhetisch ansprechende Optik, sondern auch eine solide Haptik, die sich beim Schneiden angenehm anfühlt.Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat, ist die Schärfe des Messers direkt nach der Lieferung. Es gleitet mühelos durch Tomaten und andere Lebensmittel, ohne sie zu zerdrücken oder zu quetschen. Tatsächlich war es bei der ersten Verwendung so scharf, dass es mit einem Rasiermesser konkurrieren konnte - ein beeindruckendes Merkmal für ein Küchenmesser.Jedoch ist die Begeisterung über die Schärfe des Messers leider von kurzer Dauer. Nach wiederholtem Gebrauch stellte ich fest, dass die Klinge viel schneller stumpf wurde als erwartet. Trotz regelmäßigem Schärfen verlor das Messer seine Schneidfähigkeit und erforderte häufigere Nacharbeiten, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen.Obwohl die Abstumpfung des Messers ein Nachteil ist, der nicht ignoriert werden kann, bleibt die Gesamtqualität und Handwerkskunst von Victorinox unbestreitbar. Für den Preis bietet dieses Messer dennoch eine solide Leistung und ist eine gute Wahl für den täglichen Gebrauch in der Küche. Wenn jedoch langanhaltende Schärfe ein entscheidender Faktor ist, sollte man vielleicht nach Alternativen suchen.
Griff lässt zu wünschen übrig
Ich habe das Messer wieder zurückgehen lassen. Die Klinge schneidet zwar gut allerdings lässt der Griff doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man sollte auch für dieses Messer das übliche Holz für den Griff verwenden. Haptisch für mich jedenfalls unzureichend. Zumal man für 35€ etwas mehr erwarten dürfte.

Couteau efficace
On le nomme couteau à tomates parce qu'il tranche aisément même les tomates dont la peau fine ne laissent habituellement aucune prise aux couteaux de cuisine traditionnels. Il est efficace sur tous les fruits et agrumes sans our autant laisser des sillons sur les doigts des cuisiniers.. c'est mon couteau préféré.

Sharp as a razor
These little knives are the sharpest I have ever owned, so be aware!They are not too big and the shape is such that they can be used for all sorts of things.Money well spent if you like the wooden finish, otherwise you can find platic ones that are just as sharp and a lot cheaper.
