    Ich nehme die Kapseln jetzt seit einigen Monaten. Mir gefällt, dass sie viele wichtige Vitamine und Mineralien abdecken – das gibt mir ein gutes Gefühl, vor allem an stressigen Tagen.Die Kapseln sind vegetarisch und lassen sich problemlos schlucken. Geschmacklich neutral, was ich sehr angenehm finde.Ob sie meine Energie steigern oder mein Immunsystem wirklich stärken, ist schwer zu sagen, aber ich fühle mich insgesamt stabiler.

    Already on my second bottle of these multivitamins! I’ve definitely noticed a positive difference in my energy levels since I started using them. I love that they contain all the essentials, including D3, which is so important during long, gray Finnish winters. I’ll definitely purchase a third bottle, as the quality for the price is excellent.

    Complejo multivitamínico muy completo de la A a la Z, con vitaminas, minerales y oligoelementos en buena dosis y sin aditivos raros, ideal como suplemento diario cuando la dieta no llega a todo. Las 120 cápsulas vegetarianas dan para cuatro meses, se tragan fácil, son aptas para dieta sin gluten y sin lactosa y, en resumen, es de esos botes que compras “para probar” y acabas renovando sin pensarlo mucho.

    Voila deux fois de suite que j'ai utilisé ces gélules et elles tiennent leur promesse. Je fais de la muscu et de la gym en salle et je me sens patraque après ! Ça me donne une violente migraine qui indique une grosse perte en sels minéraux. Je prends une gélule en milieu de séance et une autre après et miracle, je suis en forme !! Et rentrée à la maison, j'ai pas besoin de bouffer autant pour reprendre ma forme car j'ai hélas du poids à perdre ! Donc je prends à peu prés 4 gélules le jour je me suis dépensée et perdu des litres de d'eau. Je rajoute aussi du Magnésium à la vitamine B6 et tout va bien ! Pendant les jours du repos, je n'en reprend pas absolument pas ! Il faut comprendre que les compléments alimentaires, on les prend quand notre corps lance des signaux d'alerte et ne va pas bien ! Si on se sent en forme et qu'on est bien nourri, y a aucune raison de se bourrer de ces compléments ! L'autre point positif c'est la grosseur de la boite et le nombre de gélules (120!) qui vont durer longtemps, donc on économise. Bref, satisfaite !

    This vitamin supplement is very high quality and easy to take. The capsule itself is quite large but goes down easily. It doesn't contain bulking agents, and the composition includes several difficult to get trace minerals. This is a German company and it really comes through on its quality. It comes sealed airtight and the supply is a generous bottle for the price. It doesn't come cheap, but I do feel it's worth it if you can afford it.
