The review I provide is unbiased and honest!)I found these gummies brilliant and they were a fantastic way for me to easily intake electrolytes during/before exercise and on hot sunny days.They taste wonderful , and the ingredients are also natural and no artificial flavourings or colours are used!They are very effective , I have noticed that when taking these gummies on days/moments where I am sweating a lot , I do not get as fatigued or tired!

    These electrolyte gummies are a tasty and convenient way to replenish your minerals. You're getting five electrolytes in this supplement - calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and chloride. Each one is included with a good dose meaning you're not just getting some overpriced sweets, these are actually going to do what they claim.This isn't something you would take everyday though, I think it is best reserved for those days when you're sweating a lot from things such as doing manual labour or a heavy workout.Overall these are really high quality. The packaging they came in is a large plastic tub that's pretty sturdy and has a good seal so they won't spoil easily which is nice. I really do enjoy the taste of them, I'm actually glad the serving size is 4 because with how delicious they are you want to keep eating more! I suppose they might seem quite pricey, coming in at around £1 per serving, but when you consider that a lucozade sport costs more than that and offers a lot less when it comes to the ingredients, in my opinion you're better off buying these and keeping them around for when you need them.
