    Bin schon einige jahre schilddrüsen patient und gut eingestellt, wollte aber da ich jod und vitamin b9 etwas zu wenig zu mir nehmen ein multivitamin präperat zu mir nehmen wo ich nochmal eine 100% abdeckung hab.Ein anderer grund ist ich einen mangel lange durch sport hatte also vorallem an mineralien, daher habe ich mir vorgenommen täglich neben der ernährung 3 tabletten zu mir zu nehmen und was soll ich sagen fühl mich so fit wie noch nie zuvor :D was aber vorallem am jod liegen wird, da sollte man beachten wie viel man verträgt weil zu viel auch zur einer schilddrüsen überfunktion führen kann.ich bin bei 520 mikrogramm jod ca (bis 600 geht theoretisch aber da komme ich in überfunktion daher halte ich das immer unter 600 kann aber bei jeden anders sein) fühle mich sehr fit und ich habe auch das gefühl das meine muskuläre verspannung nachlässt, schöner wäre hier eigentlich noch wenn man etwas mehr magnesium drin hätte 10% ist für sportler echt wenig würde mir wenigstens 20% mehr wünschen dann gibs von mir auch 5 sterne.ach ja wie ich auf greenfood gekommen bin: auf facebook bin ich in einer schilddrüsen gruppe da nehmen fast alle die produkte von greenfood und beheben damit ihre nährstoffmängel, auch wenn man vielleicht ein bisschen mehr bezahlt qualität setzt sich imer durch.zu aller letzt möchte ich noch sagen das man sich keine illusionen machen sollte das vitamine einzelnd zu supplementieren immer etwas besser ist, aber wenn man nur minimale defizite hat und ein großteil über die ernährung deckt und ein multivitamin als ergänzung nimmt ist hier das produkt absolut empfehlenswert :) geschmack der tablette ist halb so wild hab schon eisen tabletten genommen die schlimmer sind.

    Bin sehr zufrieden.

    Langfristige Wirkung ist schwer zu beurteilen, weil ich seit Jahren die hochdosierte Vitamine und Mineralien als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel nehme. Die se habe ich das erste Mal bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Finde es praktisch, dass die Kapseln klein sind. Man kann also selbst entscheiden, wieviel am Tag man nimmt. Die sind angenehm im Geschmack und leicht zu schlucken. Ich würde die gerne wieder bestellen.

    Ich hatte noch die Vorgänger dieses Mulitvitamins. Da waren die Kapseln noch größer. Jetzt sind es kleine Pellets, die besser zu schlucken sind. Ich vertrage diesen Vitamin/Mineralien-Komplex sehr gut. Geschmack ist ok.
