Solides, scharfes Küchenbeil – macht richtig Spaß beim Kochen
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem chinesischen Hackmesser für die Küche und bin bei diesem Modell gelandet. Die Klinge ist richtig scharf und schneidet Fleisch und Gemüse mühelos – gerade für größere Stücke oder asiatische Gerichte ein echter Gewinn.Der Holzgriff liegt gut in der Hand, wirkt stabil, und die Verarbeitung ist insgesamt ordentlich. Klar, es ist kein Profi-Messer aus einer japanischen Schmiede, aber für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich was Gutes. Dass es in einer Geschenkbox kommt, ist ein nettes Extra – macht auch optisch was her, wenn man es verschenken will.Fazit:Gutes, scharfes Messer für die Alltagsküche. Wer gerne asiatisch kocht oder ein solides Beil sucht, wird hier sicher nicht enttäuscht.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Auch nach Härtetest scharf wie ein Rasiermesser.
Einwandfreies Messer, keine Beschwerden
Sehr tolles Messer. Es begleitet mich nun seit zwei Monaten täglich in der Küche und funktioniert super gut. Es ist schön scharf und ist in diesen zwei Monaten nur dezent abgestumpft (völlig normal). Besonders gut eignet sich das Messer fürs Kleinhacken, da man durch die gebogene Klinge das Messer schön hinundherwippen kann. Auch für präzisere Arbeiten top, da das Messer etwas schwerer ist und somit angenehm in der Hand liegt. Super aussehen tut's auch noch dazu.
Leider nicht das was ich erwartet habe
Anhand der positiven Bewertungen, habe ich mir dieses Messer gekauft. Für Laien ist dieses Messer bestimmt scharf, jedoch für mich als Profi kann dieses Messer mit Schärfe nicht dienen. Man sieht auf der Schneide sogar einen deutlichen Grat, der von unprofessionellen Schleifen einhergeht. Fazit: Optik und Handhabung sind ganz gut, an der Schärfe muß gearbeitet werden !

Bin begeistert vom Messer und der Qualität. Sooooo scharf isses au net. Es schneidet aber gut! Vielleicht hab ich ne Krankenhaus Vorstellung von scharf. Aber der gelieferte Zustand ist ne sehr gute Basis
Extrem scharf – macht richtig Spaß in der Küche
Das Marindo Kochmesser ist ein echtes Werkzeug. Liegt super in der Hand, ist rasiermesserscharf und gleitet mühelos durch Fleisch, Gemüse & Co. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, und auch optisch macht’s was her. Für den Preis echt stark!

Hallo LeuteDanke für das KüchenmesserDas ist der HammerWird sehr scharf geliefertDieses Messer liegt wie beschrieben sehr gut und ausgewogenen in der Hand durch den massiven PistolengriffDie Klinge hat eine schöne ZeichnungDer Stahl dürfte auch gut sein denn das hört man beim anstoßen der Klinge.Ein ganz kleines Manko habe ich schon.Die Nieten stehen auf einer Seite der Griffschale ganz leicht vor aber das sollte ein kleiner Feinschliff am Messer sein.Ende gut 👍Ich würde dieses Messer weiter empfehlen, eine Freude für jeden Hobby-Griller und Hobby-Koch(Ein kleiner Tip als Weihnachtsgeschenk )Nochmals herzlichen Dank
