Empfehlung vom Messerfan
Hervorragendes Messer, in der langen Version in der Küche unersetzlich. Habe mich lange mit billig und stumpfen Messer gequält und habe mehr geschärft als geschnitten. Dann länger recherchiert, und zu dem Messer gekommen. Für mich ein Paradigmenwechsel, und ich meine das genau so. Altes Brot? Auf die schmale Kante stellen, Messer rutscht durch, 5 mm schreiben gar kein Thema. Ohne Mühe. Kürbis schneiden? Lachhaft einfach, wo sich die Frau vorher fast die Hand gebrochen hat. Wird dieses Jahr als Weihnachtsgeschenk in Umlauf gebracht, zusammen mit einer Packung Pflaster. VORSICHT scharf
Gutes Küchenmesser als edler Allrounder!
Nachdem ich über dieses Messer zwei sehr positive Vergleichstest gelesen habe, entschloß ich mich zum günstigen Kauf während der Blackweek. Zumindest für Amateure ein in jeder Hinsicht erstklassiges Produkt zum tragbaren Preis, das schnitthaltig ist und sicher in der Hand liegt.Obwohl es vom Hersteller als spülmaschinentauglich eingestuft wird, wird in allen Messertests empfohlen, die Produkte generell nach Gebrauch unter heißem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel abzuspülen und mit einem weichen Tuch zu trocknen - so sollen die Schneiden ohne Nachschärfung länger scharf bleiben.

SEHR Schneidfreudig.Nicht umsonst hab ich in jeder Küche in der ich bisher gearbeitet hab bestimmt mehr Victorinox als Wüsthof oder ähnliche Nobelmesser gesehen.Super flacher flat grind, der unkaputtbare Stahl von Victorinox, easy nachzuschärfen...mehr braucht man nicht in der Küche.
Klinge perfekt - Griff sehr einfach
Perfektes Messer. Der Griff ist zwar recht einfach und nur aus normalem Plastik wie ein frühstücksmesser, aber die Klinge ist scharf, stabil und schneidet Fleisch wie Butter.
