Die vier unterschiedlichen Widerstandsstärken ermöglichen ein individuell anpassbares Training – von leichten Mobilisationsübungen bis hin zu intensiven Kraftübungen.Die Bänder sind angenehm elastisch, aber dennoch stabil und reißfest. Auch bei stärkerer Belastung behalten sie ihre Spannung und leiern nicht aus. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und liegt gut in der Hand. Durch die Länge von 1,8 m bzw. 2 m lassen sich viele verschiedene Übungen für Arme, Beine, Rücken und Core durchführen.Besonders praktisch ist die kompakte Größe – die Bänder passen problemlos in jede Sporttasche und sind ideal für Training zuhause, im Park oder auf Reisen. Ich nutze sie regelmäßig für Krafttraining, Stretching und Aufwärmübungen und bin begeistert, wie effektiv und abwechslungsreich man damit trainieren kann.     Die Bänder sind tatsächlich Recht hochwertig und riechen schon bei Ankunft überhaupt nicht. Dafür ein dicker Pluspunkt. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann vielleicht lediglich die Längen. Diese dürften gerne auf 2,50m bzw. 3,00m angewachsen, zum auch größeren Menschen sie Möglichkeit zu geben mit diesen Bändern zu trainieren. Das wesentlich teurere Markenband hat nach nicht mal einen 1/2 Jahr das zeitliche gesegnet... Ich glaube, diese hier halten länger. Ich würde diese Bänder weiter empfehlen
