Bin begeistert!
Habe inzwischen den Gesamten Serie gekauft.Messer bleiben 2..3 Jahre ohne Nachschärfen scharf, auch ohne abziehen.(Niemals mit der Klinge schaben!!! + Einzel Handwäschen direkt nach Benutzung, trocken mit Tuch, Aufbewahrung auf die Magnetleiste (keine Schublade oder Messerblock!) )Die Klingen sind etwas robuster als die von meiner anderen WMF Messerserie, diese sind mehr für "Männer", die anderen für den Operationssaal.Ich liebe beide Serien und kochen täglich für meine Kinder mit denen.
Rostflecken innerhalb eines Monats
Die zwei Messer sehen gut aus, sind sehr scharf und liegen gut in der Hand. Kochen damit macht Spaß. Nur leider ist mir gerade nach ca. einem Monat (normaler Nutzung) aufgefallen, dass sich kleine Rostflecken gebildet haben... Bin von WMF bessere Qualität gewohnt.
Schäden an den Messern
Auch wir haben leider zu beklagen, dass sich an den Stellen, in denen die Klinge in den Griff geht, Rost bildet. Noch schlimmer: An mehreren Messern haben sich Risse im Griff ergeben.Das ist sehr schade, da die Messer sehr gut in der Hand liegen und sehr gut schneiden. Aber solche Auflösungserscheinungen bei Messern von wmf sind indiskutabel
