Das Set würde ich nicht nochmal kaufen
Alle Messer kamen bei mir eher stupf an, scharf bin ich was anderes gewohnt- das Schälmesser taugt vielleicht zum Baum entrinden aber nicht zum irgendwas schälen, es ist einfach zu „unglampert“- das Messer mit der geraden Schneide habe ich verschenkt- das Kochmesser habe ich lange geschärft mit meinem Horl 2, jetzt geht es

Die Messer sind seit mehreren Monaten im Einsatz in unserer Küche. Sie schneiden und lassen sich mit dem Wetzstahl schärfen. Soweit gibt es nichts zu meckern.
