    Die Fokky Fitnessbänder machen insgesamt einen wirklich guten Eindruck. Das Set bietet verschiedene Widerstandsstärken, sodass sowohl Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene passende Übungen machen können. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und gefällt mir besonders, weil es aus 100 % Naturkautschuk besteht. Die Bänder sind angenehm in der Hand und lassen sich vielseitig für Krafttraining, Dehnübungen oder Physiotherapie einsetzen.Einen Stern ziehe ich dennoch ab. Je nach Übung rollen sich die leichteren Bänder etwas ein, was auf Dauer etwas störend sein kann. Außerdem wäre eine kleine Übungsanleitung mit mehr Trainingsideen für Einsteiger eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.Unterm Strich bin ich aber sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, die Qualität überzeugt und die Fitnessbänder sind ein praktischer Begleiter für das Training zu Hause oder unterwegs. Deshalb gibt es von mir verdiente 4 von 5 Sternen.

    Also ganz ehrlich: für den Preis den sie gekostet haben kann man echt nicht über die Fitnessbänder meckern.Man darf halt nicht so wählerisch bei der Farbe sein, dann spart man nochmal ein bisschen was. Sie wirken auf jeden Fall wertig, sind jetzt auch nach 4 Wochen Nutzung formstabil und tun was sie sollen. Ich habe also nichts zu beanstanden.

Il kit include cinque bande con diversi livelli di resistenza, perfette sia per chi è alle prime armi sia per chi si allena già da tempo e vuole aumentare gradualmente l’intensità degli esercizi.La qualità del materiale è molto buona: gli elastici sono robusti, elastici al punto giusto e non danno la sensazione di rompersi facilmente anche durante allenamenti più intensi. Inoltre sono compatti e leggeri, quindi ideali da portare con sé in viaggio o da usare a casa senza occupare spazio.Le utilizzo per diversi esercizi, soprattutto per gambe, glutei e riscaldamento prima dell’allenamento, e fanno davvero la differenza.
