    Sehr geschmackvoll, sättigend & proteinreich

    Zu jeder Tageszeit lieb ich die BREKKY-Bowls, aber Protein Hazel sättigt mich am Allermeisten und ist meine allerliebste Sorte. Zubereitet im Nu und getoppt mit frischem Obst - bevorzugt in Kombination mit einer Banane - bin ich stundenlang gesättigt und leistungsfähig. Egal ob als schnelles warmes Frühstück vor der Arbeit oder als proteinreiche Mahlzeit z.b vor einer Bergtour, lieb ich die Brekky Bowls wirklich sehr. Nur wenig süß, aber - für mich - mit vollem Geschmack. Ich liebs!

    Perfekt um ein Kaloriendefizit zu erreichen und superlecker

    Ich möchte etwas Gewicht verlieren, aber es ist schwer ein Kaloriendefizit hinzubekommen, wenn man ständig ein Hungergefühl bekommt.Dann habe ich von den Brekky Bowls gelesen und dass die Bowls bis zu 6 Stunden sättigen sollen und kaum Kalorien haben. Ich dachte, ich probiere das einfach mal und habe einfach mal ein Probierpaket bestellt.Es gibt viele Sorten, aber ich habe mich anfangs für Hazel und Brownie entschieden. Als ich das dann ausprobiert habe war ich echt überrascht, denn mich hält eine Portion echt knapp 6 Stunden satt. Und dann habe ich auch noch jede Menge Kalorien gespart. Natürlich sollte man keine zusätzlichen Toppings benutzen, sonst steigt die Kalorienzahl. Ich mische immer trotzdem Haferflocken drunter und es schmeckt nicht nur, sondern ich habe auch schon abgenommen. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist Hazel.Ich kann die Brekky Bowls echt empfehlen. Auch weil man etwas zum Kauen hat. Abnehmshakes mag ich nämlich nicht, weil ich nicht immer nur Flüssigkeiten zu mir nehmen möchte. Das macht mich auf die Dauer unglücklich und unzufrieden. Noch ein Grund warum ich die Brekky Bowls empfehlen kann. Probiert es aus!Und dem Team von Brekky Bowls wünsche ich weiterhin so tolle Ideen!!

    Keine Frage, schmeckt gut, im Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern. Ist schnell gemacht wenn die die Zeit knapp ist! Ich weiß das da Nüsse drin sind, aber zwischendurch hab ich eher das Gefühl auf Nussschalen zu kauen! Nicht wirklich angenehm

    Gesundes, schnelles und super leckeres Bowl Frühstück

    Ich bin zu 100% begeistert von den BREKKY-Bowls.Besonders die Sorte Protein Hazel zählt zu meinen absoluten Favoriten, aber ich habe bereits mehrere Sorten probiert und kann sie alle mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.Der Geschmack ist sehr natürlich und nicht zu süß und auch die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach. Das Pulver mit Wasser oder Pflanzendrink anrühren, bis die Konsistenz erreicht ist die man möchte. Anschließend kann man für das ganz persönliche Geschmackserlebnis noch verschiedene Toppings wie frisches Obst, diverse Superfoods, Nüsse, Peanut Butter usw. daraufgeben und erhält so sein individuelles Frühstück. Der Fantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt und durch die Variationen beim Topping ergibt sich jedes Mal ein neues Geschmackserlebnis.Die Bowls sättigen sehr lange, ohne dass man ein Völlegefühl verspürt und liefern die notwendige Energie am Morgen ohne künstliche Zusatzstoffe oder Zuckerzusatz.Ein durch und durch gesundes und leckeres Frühstück :)Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung und 5 Sterne *****

    Viel zu teuer

    Den Preis von fast 20€ für eine kleine, nicht vollständig gefüllte Dose halte ich für überhöht. Der Geschmack ist zwar akzeptabel, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Ich werde in Zukunft eher zu Haferflocken greifen, die ich für einige Minuten in Milch koche, mit gefrorenen Beeren, Müsli und Schokoladenmousse ergänze und mit etwas Eiweißpulver verfeinere. Diese Alternative ist nicht nur deutlich günstiger, sondern auch gesünder. Ich habe das Produkt zwar ausprobiert, bin aber von der Qualität enttäuscht.

    Den Geschmack finde ich wirklich fürchterlich. Leider.Außerdem sind da harte kleine Stückchen drin, ich schätze, dass die Schalen dee Nüsse mit gemahlen werden. Ziemlich unangenehm beim Essen.Ich habe nun noch eine andere Sorte bestellt. Vielleicht ist "fruchtig" besser. Bin gespannt, werde berichtet.
